I have never been wronged by this food truck. Everything that I've gotten here has been delicious. This time around we got some appetizers while we drank some beer. We got the Ebi shrimp special which was crunchy and then sweet from the sauce that came with it. We also got the fried gyoza that as usual was delicious! Last time we got the mango sticky rice and I was tempted again to get it. The rice was warm, the mango was juicy, and the sauce on top is just the perfect amount of sweetness and consistency to be soaked up by the rice.

Amazing service, the lady who served us was incredibly nice and added to the experience. Our appetizers and Thai Ice teas were fantastic and would get again. Unfortunately our mains were incredibly salty but I am sure this was a one off error and I would still recommend this place.

Heidi is so awesome and this is a must go experience whenever we are in Sheridan. All dishes can be vegetarian and delicious.

Come here on Wednesdays a lot and it never disappoints! Heidi is so nice and the food is delicious and timely! My wife loves the Thai tea and the curry! I always get the bubble tea and the egg rolls. never disappointed!

I love this place I come here so often I love the mango sticky rice it's definitely my favorite and I also often get the pad Thai with extra spicy sauce which just enhances the flavor great service great food and great prices!! Me and my family love Heidi (sorry if I spelled it wrong)

I always bring the eggrolls home to my family. An absolutely awesome place. Heidi is a consummate host and I love the taro tea. Definitely worth checking out!

A couple vegan options and were nice and accommodating. The curries and spring rolls were vegan and the pad Thai can be made vegan.
