No local phone number anywhere to be found to hold a package for pickup and the 1-800 number is useless. Not much of a "Customer" center if the customer can't even contact you.
Edit since they replied: I want to talk to someone local and helpful, not your social teams that are as useless as the call center folks

Dawn at the front counter is always on her game with getting your packages to you..very organized and attentive...only down side is when someone corporate comes in and tries to change things up...like hours open...if it's not broke don't try snd fix it...but other than that everyone that is local working here is great..

Automated Customer Care is Horrible!!! Good luck trying to talk to a human being, for any help. Having said that, I did get ahold of Dawn, who is awesome, she straightened things out, very quickly.
