“We have lots of free-roaming cats in our neighborhood and they get into the gardens, under decks and use it as a litter box, and slip under the skirting of houses nearby for shelter. I trap the cats and bring them to the shelter for identification and to keep them out of the winter cold. The staff are always great in how they handle the animals. They either get the cat back to the owner or find it a home if there is no owner. I’ve never had a negative encounter - even after hours - and I’m glad they’re here to keep the cats safe. The cats I can see when I’m there, and the cats that use the outdoor portion of the pen, seem calm and comfortable. I’m glad they’re treated well.”
“This is the only place we shop though most of the products can be purchased at other stores in town. This is the furthest drive for us but we appreciate the personal customer service and the product knowledge. The owners are there most every time and they are the biggest reason we keep going back.”
“I've been having a hard time trying to find a dog food that doesn't have any chicken products in it. My giant breed dog has a severe allergy to it. I went in last week and this young man in a western hat went through all of the foods with me checking ingredients. He was busy stocking shelves and kept being called on. He always came back. Lo and behold we found the perfect food for my dog and he's doing great on it. Thank you young man. I don't know your name. You deserve to be acknowledged as employee of the year!I'll be buying all my dog food here from now on. I'm also saving $50 a month bc I don't have to special order it online anymore. THANK YOU!”
