We took our dog to Mountain View after trying a different vet in town and finding it to be not quite what we were looking for. Asking around, all our friends recommended Mountain View. We appreciated the enthusiasm and care that the staff all showed for our pet. She actually enjoyed going here!Within a year of switching our dog to Mtn View, she got cancer and did not survive despite treatment. We were thankful to have made the switch and we know our dog got the best possible care she could have in Sheridan. All the vets and techs we worked with were great, but Dr. Bialek went the extra step to consult with experts and talk us through the treatment options.

My dog had a urine block. Mountain View did a surgery & my dog also seemed overly Sedated all evening after I picked it up. Didn't live through the night.

Misdiagnosed one of my dogs saying they had cancer. When we got back to our main vet they did xrays and had another expert check their work and mountain views xrays which we had to wait a number of days for because I have no idea what took so long to send the xrays from Mtn view. They commented that they could barely read the xray mountain view provided. luckily our pup does not have cancer.

Poor exam and terrible note taking. My kitten was said to have an infection in both ears. I requested a copy of the exam notes. There were numerous errors in the report and after waiting for the vet to make the corrections, the diagnosis was changed to a "possible" infection in the left ear. The vet also refused to sign her own report. The front desk had to give me her actual name. I requested a refund for the visit due to the inconsistency with the diagnosis. The Medical Director refused a refund and has ignored my follow up emails. I went to Moxey Schreiber for a second opinion. The vet did a much better exam, documented the correct breed of the kitten, and noted that he had been neutered, which I was not aware of. The vet at Mountain View couldn't even tell that the kitten no longer had testicles.

We were visiting Sheridan from out of town when one of our dogs was attacked by an off-leash dog on one of the local trails. The folks at Mountain View got my dog in right away for care even though they were fully booked for the day. I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the team there. Highly recommended!

Our Baby Lu passed away on the 28th of February. Mountain View had him cremated and home on the 3rd of March. They were so kind and he was boxed up very well. Thank you for taking care of our baby.

We were traveling through Wyoming heading home and had an emergency situation with one of our dogs. We called the clinic and they were able to work us into their schedule immediately. We were impressed with all staff members we interacted with, their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Our dog was treated efficiently, given they had other scheduled appointments at the same time we were being seen. When it came time to pay the bill, I was shocked at how LOW the price was for the treatment that was provided. I would highly recommend this Vet clinic to anyone with lives in the area or for emergency situations.

The staff at Mountain View really helped me out when I was in a bind with my cat! I needed some place for him to stay for just a few hours before we headed home after a wildfire evacuation. The staff was so accommodating, friendly and understanding, and their rate for day boarding was so reasonable! I was so grateful for their help and courtesy during a challenging time.

Great staff that really cares about your pet. Thorough examinations fully explained with kindness and compassion. This is the first vet my little Corgi is not afraid to walk in to. They always call later to see how Arwen or Kedi is doing

Have to admit I’ve never used this clinic but when calling for a quote for neutering a dog I was quoted $375.00 to $450.00. Vet clinic in Hardin Montana is $160.00 and Ranchester Wyoming is $130.00 to $160.00. Me thinks this clinic is a bit overpriced!

On July 12th I had to call MVVH as our old poor sick cat needed in asap. I was called back within 10 minutes of leaving the message. It ended up up it was time to help our fur baby cross over. My husband and I were of course devastated but the kindness and care we were given was amazing. Dr, Pelissier was so kind and gentle and cared so much for what we were going through. He will be our vet for any future pets. Thank you and the vet nurse for your kindness!

Not sure of the quality of the Veterinary team at this Hospital. I couldn't get past the phone Receptionist. She was incredibly grouchy, unprofessional, and grudgingly gave out information. She quoted a price of $350-$450 for spaying my 6 month old female dog. If her attitude indicated the care my pet would receive, I will find care for my sweet dog elsewhere.
