Shannon Murphy was my contact for Toyota. She made my experience in purchasing a 2024 Hybrid RAV4 easy, and simple. Knowledgeable in her field she made us completely at ease and she took care of all the details mostly over the phone and emails. When the vehicle arrived all we had to do is sign and drive. We enjoyed our experience with Shannon so much that when our need for another vehicle comes up, we will make our first phone to her. Thank you Shannon Murphy, Well done and we love this Hybrid RAV4.

Paul, John and the rest of the gang were absolutely wonderful to work with! I felt they wanted me to drive home a car I could trust and enjoy for years. I had several issues that I wanted to visit with a technician about. The woman at the reception desk was cordial but I did not feel like she understood the problem I described and her solutions were simplistic. Whether they would work or not, we won't know. Issues not solved. Will give it some time.
Universal joints had not been greased after several oil changes. This needs to be put on a schedule where they are greased on every vehicle that has the oil changed during certain mileage brackets.

Great at getting you in a new vehicle. But I bought my truck back in July and now it's sept, and there is no title yet. Call them and raised he'll with them now they say it will be here Monday. My temp tag is about up and I need to get license for it and they can't do their job right . Won't do business with them again. 9/11/24 well good for them they got my extension for my now they have 30 days to come up with the title or I'm taking the truck back and get a different one

Just purchased a 2024 Tundra from Mark. He is a true professional with extensive knowledge of the Toyota truck line. He had an answer to every question, was never pushy, and made the buying experience truly enjoyable. As long as he is selling vehicles there, he will have my families business. I also needed help removing a locked pin on my old truck, and a mechanic was quick to help. Seems like an all around stand up operation.

Fremont Sheridan has outshone any dealership with whom we've been associated. On our drive from Calgary, Alberta (CA) to Oklahoma City, our car broke down on the I-90. The tow-truck brought us to Fremont Toyota Sheridan. For reasons beyond their control, they were unable to repair our vehicle. However, the amazing staff at this location went out of their way to make us comfortable and help us on our way. This un-planned 'adventure' was made that much easier because of the empathy, genuine concern, kindness and efficiency of these wonderful people! I am at a total loss for words!

When I take my car in for an oil change I can have peace of mind. I don't have to worry about the wrong oil getting put in, or overfilling. Excellent service

Always get the best services here. From sales to service great guys and gals. Only complaint is parts department needs some training. Never seems to want to dive into selling stuff. The enthusiasm in the rest of the facility is amazing. Shannon out sales Peres amazing and made the process easy.
