“The only thing that drops this from a 5 to a 4 star review is the lack of an ATM in the lobby, entryway, or even outside the building. The only ATM the public can use is in the parking lot for vehicles. I don't feel comfortable standing there, rushing through a transaction while looking over my shoulder and praying someone doesn't pull up to the ATM while fumbling in their purse or wallet for their card, talking on the phone, texting, etc. Today I needed to quickly pull out some cash on my short lunch break, and there were several cars in line at the drive-up ATM. So I went into the lobby, and stood there for 11 minutes waiting for the sole customer in front of me to get taken care of by the sole teller (while not having a single employee say a word in my direction, btw), before I gave up and took my chances outside. Seems like a safe, walk-up ATM at a large branch like this shouldn't be too much to ask for, doesn't it?”
“The customer service is wonderful, the ladies are always polite and helpful in this office. I get it the hours are limited and so that's why it doesn't have the great rating, but when I needed certain statements done, these ladies were super helpful. Thank you US Banks Sheridan.
