The two female tellers keep gossipping with customers, long after their transaction was done. They don't care that there is a line backed up. They want to know their life's history. The manager sees this, and does nothing about it. Some of us have thing's to do, & have no time to waste like that. Please leave the gossipping for when your off work.

I feel bad for the employees. They are our friends and neighbors. It is unfortunate they work for a global institution that lacks a soul and cares more about a bottom line than a human being. I appreciate staff doing all they can within the rules and regulations they are forced to follow. Some of these rules and regulations feel made up. Others seem to be more than what the Fed gov requires. Overall, I would bank here because I think the people are kind and try. I would not bank here because Wells Fargo is difficult to work with and there are better options.

Long waits to open an account and full of passive aggressive, lazy employees. Then the scumbag banksters will deny you an account after they illegaly access your credit reports and use it as an excuse to violate your Federal civil rights. Disgusting organization. Open an account somewhere else. Wells Fargo in Rock Springs, Wyoming needs to close.

Don't try and get a loan through them a complete waste of time and run of your credit! Going on over 7 weeks! for a small loan. No communication with them no one has answers, when we finally do get through to someone after over hours on the service line they say they need more information so we give them that and still nothing! WORST BANK EVER! We will be closing our accounts and going elsewhere!

Is it common practice for a bank to go into your account and credit it without your consent or knowing?, then MONTHS down the road reverse credit your account and tell you there’s nothing they can do. I’m telling you right now, that is NOT ok, any change to your account like that should be consented, PERIOD. This happened to someone I know recently, someone that’s pretty mindful about their account, has been with them for 5yrs, and yet they did that to them. I’ve banked with Trona Valley Credit Union for over 10 years and they said that shouldn’t of ever happened. I’ll do my best to sway people from going to Wells Fargo if that’s the kind of business they do.

Had a emergency and needed a replacement card asap....i was the only person in the bank waiting for one of the 3 bankers to come out for 20min had my semi truck blocking the mall... couldn't keep waiting gor something simple... withdrawal cash n left but still gotta find another branch, only come here if u got time to spend

WARNING!Do not trust this bank they will lose your money and have a nasty habit of calling the police on their customers if they don’t like you I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!

They are always so friendly here. They take care of me instantly and effectively. Always loved Wells Fargo. No hidden fees. Straight to the point. Which I appreciate. They’re great here! Switch to WF! Hehe
