Service is bad the internet is always way slower than what I’m paying for. I pay for 50mbps and when I download games and other things they download at 10-20 mbps this is RIDICULOUS. I’m definitely gonna look into a different company to use

Don't waste your money! Speeds not as promised. Not even close. Cancelled at the beginning of the month and still had to pay for the whole month. Sent back the device they want and they still charged me for it. This company is a scam.

first year we had them everything was excellent . second year was a different story horrible service the tech guys just keep telling you nothin is wrong
