The staff was very helpful and took care of us despite their own situation probably the best experience I've had with a cell phone provider. Look forward to doing business there again.

Bradley was awesome, my phone was completely dead broke. I could not Access anything on my old phone. He was able to get into my phone. Get me switched over to a new phone. Talk to me about all of the perks and pros and cons of all the different programs the Verizon offers. I left a very happy customer!! Unlike when I left the other Verizon store. That would not help me at all because it didn't have some four-digit pin. Even though I didn't have the PIN. Bradley was still able to get the help I needed to access my phone to get me into a new phone thank you so much for your great customer service and kind help

David the manager at this store provided excellent service. Answer tons of questions and provided us with the perfect plan for our family. The Verizon attached to Albertson's acted as though we didn't exist. If looking for exceptional service this is the gentleman to go see. Hands down 5 stars!!!
