Used to be good. Now it’s s joke. This store used to be well run and well managed with a customer centric approach. Something changed, probably a new general manager who hires young snot nosed kids. Even the manager I complained to looked 15 years old, and he gave me a deaf ear. These days this store nickels and dimes their customers and forces them to use self checkout more and more. Most recently, they would not let me leave until they reviewed the self checkout video to make sure that I didn’t steal anything. I have given them three chances to piss me off, and the they stuck out. I will NEVER purchase anything at a Smiths or Krogers store again. I’m glad to see in today’s economy that Kroger can afford to lose the $20K-$25K in the revenue I brought them each year. They pissed me off to the point that, as a medical scientist who travels throughout the northwest United States and Alaska, I will make it a point to visit their stores during my travels to perform a food safety check and report them to the local health authorities every time I find something. It’s not an understatement to say that I will find something with each visit.

Store hours posted 6AM to 12AM, FALSE...I've gone to store a handful of times around 11PM, doors were locked, so closing at 12AM ain't true

The only place I shop in town. I love that they have marrow bones for our dog. We can get all of our shopping done in one place quickly.

Someone who is injured by your employee can sue you for failing to take reasonable care in hiring your workers ("negligent hiring") or in keeping them on after learning the worker poses a potential danger ("negligent retention").
This rule applies even to what your workers do outside the scope of employment -- in fact, it is often used to hold an employer responsible for a worker's violent criminal acts while working.
However, under this theory you are legally responsible only if you acted carelessly -- that is, if you knew or should have known that an applicant or employee was unfit for the job, yet you did nothing about it.
I have already made multiple complaints about one of your male employees stalking me. He is a complete stranger and has blatantly shown inappropriate behavior towards female customers. If you do nothing about it, you place yourself in the path of a lawsuit.

Customer service is slow and sucks be prepared to wait long lines. Watch your click list receipts as well people are getting ripped off and not getting items they purchased.

I got some food at the Deli today Kira got me my food and was nice and kind with everything, it looks like she was under training but she did an absolute good job. Everything was fresh & warm & delicious. I just wanted to thank her for the good food and getting me everything I needed.

I'll start shopping here again after they stop hiring predatory creeps who view women's fear as an invitation. Never being "polite" to a repulsive, morbidly obese, mutated-looking 500lb ugly incel creep again. You guys should fire the idiot who is in charge of hiring and firing people because they SUCK! Really curious as to why you think hiring creeps that scare women was a good idea, especially since women are more likely to do the shopping for their families. I highly doubt I'm the only woman who has stopped shopping here because of that guy. Let me know when you've fired and banned him for life or when he dies of a heart attack ❤️ thanks

I love going to Smith's cause it feels more varied than Wal-Mart even though its a little smaller. They also make amazing sushi!?❤
