We had the BEST experience with SERVICE in Rock Springs previously over 14 years ago & AGAIN this YEAR.
We've been motorcycling across Canada & upper Western States & was in need of another oil change. We tried setting up a date/ time a number of days prior via internet but had no response back--even though It was acknowledged being rec'd....when asked Service Dept. they did indicate they have a problem with communications recd via internet...
So we took a chance ---We drove in & service handled our request WITHOUT HESITATION -got us in/out within a short period of time. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE. highly recommend coming here!!

I work across the street. They had people dropping off trucks, which sometimes they do in the middle of the road.
They had two trucks, they got the first one off but proceeds to leave it in the middle of the road, we thought couple minutes won’t hurt.
They were blocking our entrance to our store and it was a major safety hazard. We didn’t want any high schooler hit these trucks during lunch rush.
Well the second truck won’t start as it’s on the trailer(15 mins have gone by), they left the first truck in the road and moved the trailer and the dead truck INTO THE PARKING LOT THEY HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR IN THE BEGINNING.
About 10 mins go by after they leave with the first truck, we call them to ask if they could move the truck out of the road. The lady on the phone proceeds to have an attitude problem. I was told the truck was moved when it indeed was not. The OWNER gets on the phone and say “we moved them” then hangs up on me rudely. I call back to ask why I was hung up on and that the truck was still there! The lady again was rude and sent me to the bosses line, which he proceeds to hang up on me again. I call a third time and I finally got to talk to someone who was nice and understanding.
Customer service was just completely trash. All I was doing was informing about my concerns for the safety for MY CUSTOMERS. You don’t leave a truck in the middle of a main road for 30 mins!! If you have someone delivered, please inform them to not leave or park in the middle of the road!! To the owner, you are very disrespectful! Distasteful! Unprofessional!

Easily the best experience at a car dealership. Dustin, as well as everyone else, was great. I’ll be sure to make all my car purchases here even though I live out-of-state. They’re honest, personable, and definitely don’t add any pressure when purchasing a car. I will 100% recommend Rock Springs Toyota to anyone purchasing a car…even if you live far away.

Called for parts dept. Got transferred to them 3 times and they never answered the phone. And the prices on gear is ridiculous. They always say theyll give ya a good deal on anything gear wise but yet their good deal is still always way higher than youd pay anywhere else.

Found a Hummer H2 on this dealers web site that I was interested in buying. Click a button on their web site requesting current pricing. Received an email stating someone would be contacting me. 3 days passed and no one contacted me. Submitted a second request and again no one contacted me. Had to give them a 1 star for poor customer service.

Absolutely no pressure or extra items like warranty, add-ons, etc. pushed, they just sell you what you want and that is it. Very quick and friendly! Unique car buying experience and highly recommend!
