Horrible layout and horrible entry/exit. Parking blocks most access to the pumps. The one entrance and exit gets blocked by other trucks, and the street gets high traffic. The store is old and cramped.

Stoped to take shower on my 30 minute break it showed they have 3 available showers when I reserved it I got 1 guest ahead waited all my 30 minutes break just for a shower and I didn’t get it there was 2 empty showers needs to be cleaned but a snail cleaning them

Moving with a 20 foot UHaul so used RV lane. Too small for a bigger rig, and had to back up to get out. Pump shut off at $100, so won't fill large tank. Didn't get receipt. Small restrooms.

Jesus Christ who runs this location place is dead empty no hot food no cold food machines are all down out of stock back is full of trash and boxes never stopping here again smh

No driver's lounge...it was taken over by video gaming machines, no hot food, other than Denny's...which is way overpriced.

One of the employees' name is Alison and he stopped me asking me if I was going to pay for my drinks, of course I did.
What a stupid question and she treated me so badly.
HER NAME IS ALISON and she needs to know how to treat a customer. In my opinion I would fire her.

Truckers.. b careful in parking area as u might get ur tire and rim broke with deep path holes there. My steer wheel axle almost touched to the frame when I entered. Be careful guys!!!!!..inside store everything is broken and they put warning sign everywhere. I will not come here again..

This location is a fine example of why the brand is just terrible. Paid parking spots are the furthest away from the store /restrooms. The entire lot has craters. No working laundry machines but mention some other truck stop has some (coin operated) like it’s helpful. Passive aggressive clerk to top it off.

We always love coming to Flying J, but tonight was extra special. I was 5 miles to the gallon when I got there, hoping they could manually input a virtual card I have until a new one arrives. I discovered at a prior gas station that my phone isnt equipped for nfc payments. Joann and Christina found out they can only do that with the diesel pumps, and offered to pay for my gas so I wouldnt be stranded. I can't thank you two ladies enough, you were truly my angels tonight! Thank you for all you do, you all work so hard and I dont think you get enough credit!
