Have had a kidney infection for over 6 months. Saw 4 docs in Wyoming who said they didn't know what's going on or how to help me. Went to this doc (antibiotics are the only thing that has helped the infection so far and the only doctor who actually helped was in Utah). I am a nurse no one would listen that I thought it was an infected organ. I came here concerned that the antibiotic dose was too low (I know it's a typical dose but kidney infections can need higher doses). The only advice I got was eat better and labs I already knew. The GI specialist does not believe it is an impaction after the CT scan and the antibiotics helped the pain immensely. How hard is it to get simple antibiotics or treatment for an infection in wyoming? Extremely just go out of state for adequate care.

ever since the switch to health west this has become a garbage dump. the doctors aren't even real doctors and REFUSE to do their jobs here. They need to be fired and this location needs REAL doctors not teenage nurses with noserings.

Caring and compassionate! The staff from reception to nurses and doctors to the pharmaceutical department have always made us feel welcome and cared about! When we walk in they know who we are and are always ready to help. They go above and beyond! Thank you all for your service and dedication.

Very poor management! They’re dishonest and bully/intimidate anyone who makes a legitimate complaint against them. The office manager creates conflict and drama amongst the staff on a daily basis, and speaks poorly of one staff member to another regularly, which creates an atmosphere of zero trust. She’s incapable of managing anyone; rather she calls leadership in Utah to complain about employees or providers without ever discussing the issues with them first. Her hands never get dirty. Then, the leadership team comes to town to have a surprise meeting with the employee, and she gets real gratification from it. She is incapable of problem solving or critically thinking when legitimate issues arise. The drama is so much, it takes away from the true mission of what a real federally qualified health center is there for. Staff members feel insecure and fear termination daily (everyone has watched her assist in getting rid of a lot of great employees), because they never know where they stand with the OM. If she doesn’t like you, expect trouble! She went as far as assisting in the terminations of two of her best friends. Because of that, it robs the employees of being able to simply focus on the company mission and quality care. It’s an atmosphere so unpleasant, it’s conducive to easily making medical errors out of sheer distraction and hostility. Unfortunately, leadership in Utah knows about the issues with the OM, but refuse to address it because she’s the favored party. If you’re looking for long-term employment, or a peaceful/trusting atmosphere, this isn’t for you. If you want something for a few months and you don’t mind heavy conflict, you’ve found the right place to work.

They have amazing staff!! From the nurses,front desk ladies, to even the doctors! Highly recommend them and Randi Robinson for your doctor! She’s pretty amazing!! All You ladies are rock stars!! Thank you nurse Stephanie for always being so awesome!!

Vary nice and caring nurses .. I have stage 2 lupus and she was on it with my mess and finding me a arthritis doctors and labs help me with resources to help pay for my medications tell I am able to get insurance
