Oil Change in Rock Springs, WY

I rolled up here at 7 AM knowing that they would open at 7:30 and patiently waited because it’s the only way I can get home at this point. I’m traveling out west from Indiana with my little dog, to sightsee and my car has been yelling at me for an oil change for miles. The technicians and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They made sure that my car had everything ready to be roadworthy. I even got a new engine filter and wiper blades and they topped off all my fluids. I feel safe on my journey home and my car already sounds better seriously, I appreciate all of you and your patience while I waited for you guys to open. I felt like such a jerk, but I knew if I didn’t stop In rock Springs, I probably wouldn’t stop at all in my car would suffer the consequences of my poor actions! Live long and prosper!”

“I've been coming here for 5 years now, and have had only a few problems. After oil changes, my car was leaking oil. I would come back and they could fix it for free since I paid for the service. They were always happy to help and never gave me an attitude or negative feedback. After the 4th time of coming back to get the "leak" fixed, I notified Norm (the manager) of my issue and how I was frustrated to have to keep coming back after my service.

Without question Norm ordered parts from my vehicles dealership ON HIS OWN ACCORD and got me back in to try and fix this issue for good. After ordering the part, he explained why it hadn't been working, and thar it might be a volkswagen issue, rather than it being a result of the service I was receiving.

He replaced the part, with no additional cost, and did so with a positive attitude at every moment. I love coming here, and am a loyal customer. It feels like bringing my car to an uncles garage! It's homey, and efficient. With an oil change I'm in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you Wyoming Trucks & Lube!”

“Would have gotten five stars except the Tire Tech parked my truck out back and didn't lock my door when I got hundreds of dollars of stuff in my vehicle if it had got stolen let's just say I think I'd be upset crisis averted four stars is all you get”
