“Excellent experience with associate Raif. He went above and beyond both on the phone at at the store to make sure I had everything I needed as I was getting a new phone activated and purchasing a case and screen protector. There was an issue with my old phone which made the transfer of data and service harder than usual, but he was great at troubleshooting and problem solving and got everything taken care of in record time. I am beyond grateful!”
