If you’re looking to buy any firearms steer clear of this place. Between the crappy attitudes, you encounter lack of customer service and snide comments you’d be better off going Somewhere else. Went in today, looking at guns for my husband’s birthday, Once she became aware, I was looking at it as a gift, Said policy was she couldn’t sell it for that reason which is understandable. Very horrible attitude along the way so then later return with my husband Who also noticed her attitude she doesn’t even acknowledge that we’re at the counter. The fact that we returned together, are married, same bank account, same home, she can run his name and put it in his name right there Should have cleared that policy. Husband decided to leave and on the way out I spoke to a gal named Megan that worked there. Very helpful, very polite, tried fixing the problem right away by sending Another Sales associate to the gun counter.
Upon arrival, they were snickering behind the counter, The original clerk had a huge grin on her face like she had just won something. Same thing, clerk was super short because I mentioned I wanted to pick out something that he would like. She also made a snide comment. “Something that he would want?” The fact that he was right there, they could run his name even is ridiculous same money, same bank account going to him for his birthday. To be treated ignorantly along the way was Completely uncalled for. They need to find more clerks like Megan. She shouldn’t have been stocking the shelf. She should’ve been at that counter instead they need to replace that whole staff. Lighter note, the gun guys at sportsman’s warehouse were wonderful and very helpful.

The store is full, there's lots of stuff to buy which is the only place close to us that has this amount of sporting goods, but your going to pay for it, everything is at least 10% over priced and lots of stuff is much higher, basically it's a store for rich or desperate people, unless it's on sale don't go there if you live on a budget

Was perusing the firearms section and happened to overhear a gun sale in progress. To my absolute horror, as a prior firearms salesman, I witnessed the clearly rather inexperienced and incompetent woman behind the counter bypass and ignore most of the proper procedures for selling a firearm. Save yourselves the legal headaches and don't buy from here.
