Never filled my order, wanted 2-3 weeks for them to just cancel the order. Almost thinking they are fraud as I was never able to speak to anyone when I called. Avoid from here and go to Jared.

My fiancé came here before Thanksgiving to get me some earrings. He had them wrapped for me and when we opened the box it was not the pair of earrings he had picked out for me. So he took them back to the store to get a refund because he was upset about being sold the wrong pair when he visibly pointed to the pair he wanted. The store manager called someone else as she didn’t understand how to solve this situation. She decided to void the transaction over a refund and wasn’t able to confirm with him the transaction was even voided. It has been over 5 business days and is now the beginning of the new month. He called her a few days ago and stated that it was his banks fault. He called the bank to dispute the charge- they stated that there is not even a “void” transaction after he gave them the transaction number from the “return” receipt he got so a dispute has been placed. All in all, don’t buy jewelry here.

Dropped off my size 5 engagement ring on September 3rd, got the call last night that it was already back and resized perfectly. Stopped in this morning, and my now size 4 ring is perfect! Priced well for what they’re doing, great customer service, and just a generally fantastic shop.

Daniel's Jewelry went above and beyond to assist me with my ring problem. My band of diamonds we bought for my wedding ring was the perfect fit/size ; but it was just big enough to continually rotate around my finger, causing my diamonds to be potentially damaged by contact with hard surfaces. The sales women at Daniel's worked hard to come up with a low cost solution that turned my one band ring into three rings of perfection. I am sooo in love with it! Thanks so much DJ's!!!

Beautiful, bountiful and unique assortment of jewelry. I bought my wedding band from here back in 2005 and it's still as gorgeous as the day I bought it. Excellent customer service and a pleasant and memorable experience!
