I don’t know what is wrong with management there, seems pretty simple, take calls, order it,call customer. Done deal. Wrong, every time you call them they say they’ll call right back, never do. Poor customer service. Ever since my insurance switched from Lincare to these guys I’ve had nothing but problems getting simple supplies. Pure laziness.

The local office/staff did a great job of compensating for the issues that I have had with the online experience. I have struggled with everything related to payment, ordering, and communicating through the website. The local staff… did all they could to clear up that mess, get my supplies and clear up my billing issues/questions. Great job!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! You'll be very disappointted in the end. We have used them for over 20 months and have found their service is terrible. They never seem to ever log a call, or answer back for needed supplies. The owner and staff actually sound a little nasty and angry, which is so out of character for the companies we have dealt with in Rock Springs. Billing never appears to be right either. USE any other company instead, as Rotech has been a real disappointment for us. 0/5 stars.We are currently using Lincare out of Evanston. What a difference in service and almost half the cost of the service. Thank you Lincare!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES YOU DID NOT RECIEVE. The billing is a complete joke. Spent 2 hours going back and forth between their two billing services just to find out they charged me for an extra month without my knowledge and then billed me for it a year later. If you want to keep your sanity, find someone else that actually takes care of their customers.

Called on my dads behalf to see about getting a quieter concentrator machine. Fast friendly service over the phone and the driver was in the area and replaced the machine. No complaints. Thank you for taking great care of my dads needs Community Home Oxygen.

They are bad to deal with. Would not replace my consintraror when it quit.
Said Medicare was not paying them. Came and took it out. Left me without.

They take money out of your account without authorization. They don't communicate with the customer and they most certainly do Not communicate with each other. They only send bills to whatever address they feel like and it's not yours. They don't know what equipment they have already picked up. They show up randomly without notice to exchange oxygen bottles you don't even have. Charge insurance outrageously and bill you more than if you pay cash. Not a good experience at all.

Tried to clear up a double billing issue. Asked for the Midvale phone number (which was part of the same company I was told) and the individual hung up. I dialed again to speak with her and noone answsered.
