Went in to upgrade (after paying off my current phone) & left with the same phone only now I can’t call on it. She informed me I had multiple promos, I picked one completed the entire data switch, tries to charge me full price in one payment disregarding the whole promo that she sold me on. Now, since the switch was completed, my phone is glitched out and I can’t call. Went back no help (of course) now I’m leaving worse off than I started

My father in law and mother-in-law went into the store and were there for 2 1/2 hours and they said the customer service was awful. after they left, the phone with not work. A day after that we went into the store on Federal and the lady there told us the Sim card had not been activated. My father-in-law said they didn’t do a test call and didn’t test anything on the phone. We spent another hour at the federal store, trying to fix it. We are highly disappointed of how they took advantage of my mother and father-in-law. I would recommend going to the Federal store instead of the main street store.

Teke was very helpful and nice. He helped with setting up the new phone and called the other office to make sure they had supplies for what they didn't have in stock. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had so many questions, I had problems with my old phone, I had offers piling up after years of using the same phone and I got awesome help that lasted longer than I hoped but in the end I’m happy because I learned a lot more about my new phone, my new monthly bill, and a lot more. Very informative.

Bought a blank Verizon chip card only to have to return it unused and still intact as we ended up with Spectrum, and it was returned efficiently and effortlessly as I had my receipt stored within their system.

Alyson was Awesome!! She went above and beyond getting several issues dealt with so I could buy a phone and spending over 2 hours doing it as there were also fraud issues that were not legitimate. I have been to about 22 stores in 5 states in 12 years and Alyson was the most Professional Polite Respectful agent I have ever had the pleasure buying a phone from. Before this positive experience I was seriously thinking about going to a different company because of the rude Behavior from Agents in California and Utah stores.
