This post office is not too professional but its a place for mail. The ladys are nice but a question cant be answered, they are very rude about answering simple questions! Also when ordered packages come in you don’t always get the slip for package pick up so always keep your tracking nmbr handy and ready. Then they get all snappy and say you should have gotten a slip in the box, if i did I wouldnt be bringing my tracking nmbr to their attention but yeah we are not all perfect, we’re just human and nobody’s great living on this soggy world!

We live right off hwy 789 at 11337 in Riverton Wyoming our mail person either doesn't deliver our mail or gives it to neighbors up the road who in return bring it to us. Recently we started our own business she/he will not drive into the driveway to deliver items instead she says no access. This driver is lazy and it's her job whether she likes it or not to deliver our mail we even plow in front of our mailbox and the drive way to the house she still refuses

There is a problem with training at this location. I try to avoid interacting with this branch as a result and ship using FedEx.Front desk people are not informed about possible solutions for people’s problems and will try to tell you there is nothing that can be done. This leads to stress and frustration on both sides of the discussion.Over the years we have had issues with getting other people’s mail, or delivery notifications when that package hasn’t been delivered.Once we held our mail and got another person’s stack of held mail. This isn’t a matter of the front line people being bad, it’s a lack of good and consistent training. Do right by the employees and the customers and train better!Additionally you need to add a day to “overnight” or “2 day” shipping. Not sure what the issue is here as UPS and FedEx do not have the same problem.

Monica at this location was very rude and unhelpful. It felt like she went out of her way to be as difficult as possible. Will not be coming here again.

Paid for some important documents to be sign when delivered but they delivered on a sunday which I know there is noone at the building on sundays. I checked the USps.com and it only said delivered. Now I’m hoping that they really got my papers.

Mail is consistently late. The customer service is non existent, and refuses to pick up the phone. The people who work there are nice, but it does not excuse the poor experience. Highly disappointed.

Recently, I have been losing about 15% of packages, and other peoples packages are showing up in my mailbox. Must be a new employee, but I don't know what to do about it. I'll change my review if things turn around, but its been just downright awful of late.

Whenever I come to the post office, the ladies are always nice. However I called the location with a question and the man who answered was not only rude but yelled at me over the phone.

Mail does not arrive or come to your house that same day. Very disappointed in service.

Erin refused to process our passport application without an appointment. The USPS website states that this location takes walk-in appointments, but that is clearly not the case.

Nice old historic post office... Everything you'd expect at a post office...

Yeah, not too common for people to rate a post office. I like their customer service. So far the staff have been friendly and extremely helpful with telling me new easy ways to save money. (Geez, I sound like an ad for this place.) But it's true. The specific staff member I had was cheerful and happy. Of course, I understand I have not met every staff member and I have not been on every day. But, when I have gone, it's been good.

The service is very friendly, however they need more workers! It's funny because the banner they have hanging says "our goal 5 min or less." I always wait at least 20 minutes in line no matter what time of day or day of the week I come. Even with 1 person in front of me it takes over 5 minutes. My husband hates when I need to go to the post office because he is stuck waiting in the car with the kids for half hour. And you'll be lucky to find a parking spot, it's not uncommon to drive around the block 3 or 4 times before getting a spot to park, sometimes I give up and walk a couple of blocks.
