“Female staff member that was in the store was very friendly and understanding to my complaint, even if she couldn't do anything about it. Male staff member simply walked away. Shoe selection for larger female shoes is very limited and very colorless. Store is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were following corporate "rules" by having face coverings on. And I was able to find a pair of shoes I liked, even if they were grey and white.”
“Staff was very knowledgeable and assisted without any prompting. Found me shoes that weren’t the brand I wanted but were better. I work in healthcare so I’m very picky. Then helped find my daughter a supportive pair of shoes. They spoke to her on her level and not like a baby too. I was very impressed with the service, especially after being ignored at a different store.”

“I was SO tired the day I visited and a little irritable so it was just so nice how well I was treated there. I loved a pair that was black but wasn't in my size, BUT I ended up with a pair that I absolutely LOVE and never thought I'd want but I'm so happy with my Corral boots that they helped me find!!! I'm definitely going back because they had some great clothes, too, which I wasn't expecting at all!”
