“After leaving the USPS super frustrated yesterday trying to mail a mold analyst kit, I stopped in here to see if I could mail it with FedEx. Super pleased with how easy it was and how fast the employee got my package taken care of. I highly recommend them.”

(Geez, I sound like an ad for this place.) But it's true. The specific staff member I had was cheerful and happy.
