Purchased a new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Trail boss through Fremont chevy gmc in Riverton. Research was done on line through various dealers. They had what we where looking for. We worked with Raistlin Dubeau. New to the sales position Raistlin went out of his way to make the purchase run smoothly along with his manager.

Shopping for a heavy duty truck has been tedious. Since we were in the research and discovery phase, we needed to put hands on steering wheels and butts in seats. This is off putting for so many sales people. They don't want someone just "kicking tires" on their time. Understandable but, how am I supposed to know if a vehicle is right for me or not if I don't. How am I to decide who to buy from if I don't interact with the sales places.This process has been going on for about a month, dealers calling me saying "I have your truck!" while missing the mark, often drastically. Not really trying to find the vehicle I'm looking just trying to sell me a vehicle regardless of it's alignment with my needs.Enter Shawn Huddleston. A couple short and concise communications and done. Just a few days later Shawn calls and says I have your truck... It matched the criteria specified exactly, no deviation. It wasn't on his lot, but he'd get it there for me to aid in our search.Ultimately the truck wasn't THE truck for us but, Shawn will forever be the best car salesman I've ever interacted with. He will always be our first stop, if for no other reason to say hello.Great person, great integrity.Thanks ShawnYou have redeemed much of the car sales personnel in my eyes.

If you want to get treated like a transaction buy from here. So many things promised with a brand new truck and there was literally 0 follow up or follow through. When I first called in looking we were pushed to buy such a basic model truck and were told there was nothing else similar in our price range… called back and went with a different salesman ended up with a much nicer truck in the same range and a 2023. While the ordeal took almost 6+ hours we were supposed to walk out with a fresh detail ect…. I think all they did was put shine on the tires. The interior was not even touched and they were still doing this while we had all the paperwork completed after hours upon hours of sitting there. We were told to come back to get the all of the things setup Sirius/onstar ect because our sales guy grabbed a walk in couple shopping for a vehicle instead of finishing what he was doing with us. Literally made us feel like garbage after spending a lot of money and our entire day. We called in on 3 separate occasions to follow up with all the things we asked to have quoted and to have these things set up and were given the run around because of some sale they were now having. I don’t usually write reviews nor do I like to but we will definitely be shopping somewhere else for our next big purchase coming up. My husbands coworker just got pretty hooked up by you guys and made it seem like we got taken advantage of with our entire situation. I gave a brief of the disappointment . Must of had SUCKER written across our foreheads or something.

Service quality is terrible, customer service is horrible.We run a large business in Casper WY and the only “medium duty”Chevy repair shop is this one in Riverton WY. We had other options out of state however we thought the local group would be useful and save costs on traveling/towing out of state for repair’s warranty or other.We were wrong across the board. Fremont Chevy has had our Chevy 5500 for 4 1/2 months for engine repairs. When you call for updates it’s always “next week it’ll be ready”. I am not upset with the service managers, they are at the mercy of the mechanics. The mechanic is always off or sick and apparently the only one that is certified to repair medium duty trucks in the area.If the mechanic is sick or out for extended periods of time then Chevy needs to find another person and not put the customer on the bank. I have lost a massive amount of revenue with this unit broken down. Completely unacceptable and if my company did this to its customers we would be out of business.If we don’t call weekly for updates I am pretty sure the unit just sits outside still not functioning. No one ever calls us or provides any status updates unless we call and they are prodded to phone us back.Also, the GM was left 3 voicemails this past week with no return calls to us. We called their main number and just get pushed over to voicemails. The receptionist says they’ll pass along the message and we have yet to get a call back. I have asked several times for some sort of response and to convey my extreme urgency of needing this unit back.This Chevy dealer/repair facility needs to get it together and stop making excuses or ignoring the customer. Frankly it’s quite pathetic a business can be run like this and run under the Fremont name.We will not be using Riverton Fremont Chevy any longer. I will take the costs of sending my units out of state for repairs, it’ll surely be a lot cheaper in the long run.

My husband and I were traveling from Chandler AZ to Yellowstone and stayed in Riverton on our way. 1 of our car tires dropped pressure and the air unit at a local gas station didn’t work. I pulled into the GMC-Chevy service department and explained our issue.The men I spoke with were so will to help and Service Tech Bill was wonderful. He checked the problem tire, filled it and then checked and filled all the tires and had us check what the cars system was showing. We also spoke with Bill about our plan to visit Yellowstone and he gave us some good tips on what to be sure to see.I wanted to give Bill a tip and he refused. God Bless you Bill and thank you for getting us on our way in less than 30 minutes.We will be forever grateful to Bill and remember Riverton’s hospitality.
