Came in planning to have dinner. I was met with attitude! The waitress did the bare minimum to make me feel like a customer not worth repeating! Food sucked! Roast beef very burnt and dry

Stopped in 9/7 around 3 pm. I never stiff a waitress but yesterday my server couldn't have tried to give me worse service.
1. She takes our order and leaves the menus. ( not a unforgivable error)
2. She brings my co driver his desert first and I have to ask for my salad before my meal gets there.
3. She drops off food. I ask for ketchup never got it.
4. I have to ask another server to get me a refill on my drink
5. No bread with my meal. I ask her about it and she shrugs her shoulder.
Another server told her I was supposed to get it
6 I wanted to use my app to pay and she tells me I have to go to the kiosk to get a points certificate I tell her none of the other TA Petros did this
She looks confused
Another server tells her how to do it. My co driver trying to make light of it asks her if she's new. She isn't
She was simply clueless

the car service is at the lowest level, everything is very, very slow, you have to wait for your turn for 3-6 hours, although initially they say 2-3 hours. and if you call a mechanic to the road, he will go there, and you will stand and wait for another 2 hours.

Typical dump of a T/A went to the shop to get two gallons of coolant wanted to use ultra one points can't do that at the shop so tried to use my credit card the magnetic strip is wore out and have to use the chip it...can't do that either no chip reader in the shop! What a joke of a place and was reminded why I quit stopping at T/A's year ago!

Haven't been inside the main travel center yet this trip, but usually stop here every time I travel I-80. I'm sure the same great attentive staff is still here.
This trip a need to visit the repair shop arose. You seem to have very professional and competent staff working for you, Sir. I hope you continually reward these guys for the service they provide.
P.S. The parking lot could use resurfacing.

Came in the morning(8.14.2024) to print out my eld manual instructions and the manager was not in yet.Half hour later 16 pages printed out and it cost 40$.Of course ,I didn't pay it and told the manager they need to stop price gouging truck drivers.Went to Loves in Kansas and got it done for 2$.You ought to be ashamed of yourselves TA!!!

Reasturant wouldnt serve me a to go order. At 915. Sign clearly says happy to serve until 10 pm. Just lost a customer.lazy employee. No manager to be found.

Stopped to get a meal during break. Sat for 30 minutes without service. A couple came in after me had to clean off their own table to have a seat. The waitresses kept walking past looking and standing around. If there was ever a clear indication that they didn't want to serve me..that was it. I'll take my money and patience elsewhere. I would leave 0 stars if could to leave this review. That was pathetic.

Stop there this morning for a quick breakfast in and out so I could get back on the road waitress ignored me for a half an hour until another waitress told her I was sitting there waiting to order and it still took the girl 5 minutes to take my order waited another 45 minutes and still never got any food so I walked out will never visit their again

I had always taken showers at Flying J and Loves until today. Now am using TA to fuel and I came to take a shower and I loved it here. The shower room it’s clean and renovated. I loved it way more than loves and flying J . It’s very quiet, no noises at all.

Went to eat on July 4 and the service was terrible waitress forgot one of the orders in our party when that food finally arrived not only was everyone done eating the food served was cold. The cook came out to argue and brought a thermometer to show the chicken was cooked and up to temperature but the noodles and the sauce were ice cold never once did they offer to microwave wave it just asked if we wanted it to go. Then made it sound like they did us a favor from removing it from our ticket. We live in Rawlins and will definitely not be back unless things change. Had poor service and food 3 months ago decided to give them a chance because was told they improved well they haven’t.
