TA is a joke no structure safety don't matter the staff at the desil service center are rude to customers they also tell truck drivers we can service their trucks then they come in and are told sorry we don't have oil for your truck after they waited six hours they bully new employees giving them every oil change or tire making them feel like they don't want to be there the building is in disrepair and so much more

I want to begin, by stating that this has been the worst shop experience of my trucking career. Despite this location being absolutely filthy and abysmal, the staff was, let just say, extremely racist. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. These people were absolutely rude and unprofessional.
As far as the service, PLEASE DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR SERVICE. These people do not know what they are doing and it is pathetic!! I cannot stress the fact that one "technician" explained that he was not certified!!!! That he was hired because of family!! This is nepotism first off!! Anyways, TA as a whole should be embarrassed and resolve any issues with this location.

Stopped in 9/7 around 3 pm. I never stiff a waitress but yesterday my server couldn't have tried to give me worse service.
1. She takes our order and leaves the menus. ( not a unforgivable error)
2. She brings my co driver his desert first and I have to ask for my salad before my meal gets there.
3. She drops off food. I ask for ketchup never got it.
4. I have to ask another server to get me a refill on my drink
5. No bread with my meal. I ask her about it and she shrugs her shoulder.
Another server told her I was supposed to get it
6 I wanted to use my app to pay and she tells me I have to go to the kiosk to get a points certificate I tell her none of the other TA Petros did this
She looks confused
Another server tells her how to do it. My co driver trying to make light of it asks her if she's new. She isn't
She was simply clueless

In the men's bathrooms, 1/5 of the stalls actually locked. The rest have locks that are so broken they don't even lock. Massive safety risk in a bathroom, do not give this place your business.

Came in planning to have dinner. I was met with attitude! The waitress did the bare minimum to make me feel like a customer not worth repeating! Food sucked! Roast beef very burnt and dry

the car service is at the lowest level, everything is very, very slow, you have to wait for your turn for 3-6 hours, although initially they say 2-3 hours. and if you call a mechanic to the road, he will go there, and you will stand and wait for another 2 hours.

Came in the morning(8.14.2024) to print out my eld manual instructions and the manager was not in yet.Half hour later 16 pages printed out and it cost 40$.Of course ,I didn't pay it and told the manager they need to stop price gouging truck drivers.Went to Loves in Kansas and got it done for 2$.You ought to be ashamed of yourselves TA!!!

Reasturant wouldnt serve me a to go order. At 915. Sign clearly says happy to serve until 10 pm. Just lost a customer.lazy employee. No manager to be found.

Typical dump of a T/A went to the shop to get two gallons of coolant wanted to use ultra one points can't do that at the shop so tried to use my credit card the magnetic strip is wore out and have to use the chip it...can't do that either no chip reader in the shop! What a joke of a place and was reminded why I quit stopping at T/A's year ago!
