Disgusting place!!!
They cheat about prices, and make you wait a very long time!!! They lie all the time, they say, for example, to wait 20 minutes, and 3 hours have already passed and they are not there!!! I don’t recommend this place to you!!! They are scammers!

I would never take my car back to this place.. Let's start with they don't speak English so communication is difficult..
But then they never addressed my problem,, and only seemed interested in what the scan tool told them to look at..

Well these are my go-to guys from here on out when I'm passing through this area. William and Nate were amazing. William even brought me some iced tea. They were rolling my tire to the service truck before I even got off the phone with them. This is what I call customer service. Thank you guys I appreciate you

If it were not for Nate, Lori and Kayla, I would give this company no stars. The mechanics are good but they spoke Spanish and we did not. We used an app to communicate. That was a challenge. We went in to have an alternator replaced on our motorhome Nate had a replacement and said it would be ready tomorrow. Unfortunately, Nate did not come in the next day. When we got there the mechanics removed our starter. We also noticed they had forced the stairs open when we had them stored.
I contacted the owner William. He is a piece of work. Yelling at the receptionist on speakerphhone. Talking to me very rudely while I was trying to explain why I was not going to pay for 8 hours of labor when they worked on things that did not need to be worked on. The entire horrable experience would take too long to explain. I think you can understand why we do not recommend giving William one cent of your money.

None English speaking and rude as well , avoid at all cost if at all possible. Nate is the only English speaking mechanic and is good ?. If you have to go there , make sure Nate is there . communicating with everyone else there is none English

William nate and the rest of those guys were awesome. Lori was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful she even gave me a ride to the hotel while I waited for my car to be fixed. If you happen to break down in the area, I highly suggest going to these guys. They did a great job and as a single woman traveling alone I did not feel like I was taken advantage of so thank you.That is very much appreciated.

Our motorhome broke down outside of town in the early hours on a Friday morning. These guys were AMAZING ! They got us right in. They had a massage chair ,TV ,Popcorn ,Waiting room for us to relax in.
It was not an easy fix at all but they worked through lunch to get it done.
I would use them again.

The best service and groupe of guys ive met in a long time...Last Wednesday me and my son were in the middle of our vacation (15+hrs from home) when we noticed a belt had broken in our rear tire at 7:30pm. While looking for a tire shope we noticed these guys had their front bay doors open so I pulled in to at least see if they could refer me to someone that could help me out with finding a tire close to the size I needed just to get me going to get home and low and behold the owner said he would be happy to help us and he actually had my exact size tire in stock..he had my tire found, mounted and balanced and put back on within 45 minutes of me showing up ...I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing any work done or road side assistance... 10 out of 10 in my book

I never write reviews but this needs to be known. On a Friday during a cross country trip back to South Carolina pulling a fifth wheel camper, my family and I stopped at a Love truck stop in Wamsutter Wyoming to fuel up. I did a stupid thing and put about 2 gallons of DEF in my fuel tank. I never left the parking lot only moved it from the pump to the curb and immediately got “water in fuel” codes on the dash. I knew better than to try to move it any further. After my wife and I made several calls that said “there is no way we can get to it until Monday” a local told us to call William at Reliable truck repair. My wife sent him a text (per the website) which he answered and called us and said “Get it me as quick as possible and I will start on it right away” had it towed 44 minutes to him. Mrs Lorie in the front office greeted me and was as nice as anyone you can imagine, she checked with the owner and he said it would take several hours to complete she offered me her personal car to get back to my family stranded in our camper 45 minutes away. I told her I couldn’t do that her response was “what choice do you have? Take my car and go to your family and we will call you when it’s ready!” I was stunned at how nice, concerned and just willing to help she was! Folks, that kind of compassion and help in a business is hard to find these days and I can’t thank you enough Lorie! An already tired owner (Mr William) worked untill 10:30pm on a Friday night to get me back on the road and my truck had no issues for the remainder of the 1900 miles we had left to travel. Do not hesitate to take your business, your truck,or equipment to these nice people! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT WORK and the price was absolutely reasonable!
