Brian went to bat for me when AAA didn't want to tow my car from one shop to another (about 3 miles and I've used AAA maybe 2 times in the past 6 years or less). I was going to pay Brian in cash for the tow and cancel AAA but I told him what happened. He said it was a legitimate tow and he called AAA and told them that they needed to cover it. You don't get that kind of service from anyone these days. That's AMAZING! Oh and the tow job was also awesome! Communication was perfect and Brian came when he said he would. I try to treat other humans with respect and kindness and Brian absolutely treated me that way. The world would be a better place if we all did that!

Hit a deer before I had a long trip for my daughter’s surgery. They picked up my truck, fixed damage and was very professional. Truck looks great and was all clean for me. Thank you for the great service!!

Took my car in because we hit a deer and took out most of the front passenger side. Was not expecting a good outcome and was expecting my car to be totaled out. Brian called me and let me know that he and his team could fix it and my car would be back on the road within a month! Pictures are before they fixed it.

I needed a tow as my suv died .4 miles from my house. The suv cranked well enough, but did not start. I called and the suv was towed that morning to the dealership! Nice people, courteous service and reasonable tow fee!

I left a phone message this morning about a windshield repair, and Brian called back within minutes. A mere half hour later, and my repair was already fixed. All I had to do was sign the paperwork for the insurance, and I was on my way. I have worked with Brian at Western Collision many times over the last 5 years, he's always given 5 star service. He recently volunteered many hours after a serious crash, including his off time. That says a lot about Western Collision and the business they do. They believe in helping the community, not just making money. Thanks for all you do for the Big Horn Basin!
