Your customer service could use some work. From the manager to the employees. The scowling that you do to your customers is the 1st step. These people are your paychecks. Smile, be polite. Use manners. Quit with being negative. Also, if you have a hard time getting paid from service warranties, figure it out. Don't put it on the people who paid for that product. Again, customer service!

I had a warranty repair done on my 2022 Silverado. I scheduled over the phone and everyone was polite and helpful. When I arrived at the appointed time, the service staff got a work order filled out promptly and went right to work on my truck. Since I am from out if town, I stayed at the dealership and waited in the customer waiting room. It was spacious and comfortable and had sodas, fruit juice, water and cookies available. My truck was fixed within an hour qith no hassles. Highly recommend Yellowstone motors.

Awaiting repair/replacement of cabin ventilation fan [Lexus XL470]. Service only identified problem. Awaiting replacement. No idea of time frame. Service credible, communication without empathy, not very comforting.

We bought a new 4runner, TRD pro, from this company a few weeks ago . Royal, our sales rep, was very easy to work with. Kenny, another very knowledgeable rep, helped us with a 4runner test drive and answered all of our questions. Royal's communication and follow-up was excellent and he was a fine young gentleman. Extremely pleased with the service so far from Yellowstone motors.

Booked an oil change only and everything went great. On time and Kristen and Jerry were very helpful with any questions I had. Would use this place again if we are in the area sometime in the future.?

1:00pm appt for oil change (and all the courtesy checks) and tire rotation and it was done in about an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely be back!
