Prices seemed high, they had to type my credit card number in by hand which seems unsecured to me. When I pulled my truck around the yard workers pulled my 2x4 were all twisted and split.I only got 6 boards so I do feel a bit ripped off that they couldn't at least get me more than 1 good board. The staff was friendly but their operation seems a but outdated and thier lumber quality was poor for top self prices.

Prices are good, and the staff is very helpful. Upgrading their point of sale system would definitely speed up the checkout process.

Bloedurn Lumber is the best option in this town. The owners are completely unprofessional and rude. I delivered freight to this customer for years. Now that I’m no longer a driver for Do It Best I will post exactly how I feel about this store. Jan (Owner), Ram (yard worker) are some of the rudest and most unprofessional customers I have dealt with in my 20 years of driving. Customer started out ok but over a period of time they changed for the worst. They are unable to accept change and inflexible with new contract requirements. They may treat customers well because they want their money but don’t let it fool you, that is all they want. Very nice people, helpful, cheaper than Ace Hardware. Works be free helpful if they invested in some updated technology. I tried to return an item- with receipt. A purchase my husband made with his debit card from our shared account. I was told they require the exact same card the purchase was made with, and was debited my request to try my card anyway since it's linked to the same account, and denied getting cash. Instead I'll need my husband to go in and do it, or make another trip, with his card in hand. I did let them know I've not experienced this elsewhere and that it is very inconvenient. It will definitely make me consider whether or not I'll purchase there if it's something I may need to return.

Great people, most of the employees know what they are doing. I always get great service here!! And their pricing isn't ridiculous! Kudos to the store and people!
