I was in ace and was looking to purchase a gun that they had 2 of and both had 2 different prices on the tags and while looking through the glass I asked if I could see the one with the lower price and as I was looking at it I asked if the price was as marked and said I’d take it. Right as I said that the manager was walking up and the sales guy asked what’s the price of the gun and the manager said oh it’s missed marked. I then said well I’ll take it for what it was marked at and while watching the manager pull the price up on the computer right in front of me changed the price of both guns over $45. To me that is absolutely ridiculous and the manager was a jerk hand had an attitude when I said I just watched you change the price. Well just so everyone knows that is the type of guy that’s the manager of Ace Hardware and in my opinion should be fired for doing something like that.

Where would we go and what would we do without Ridley's ? It's an excellent store with just about everything anyone could need...like the Pinedale motto "all the civilization your need"

Was glad for the wide selection of groceries in a remote area, although pricey. Cordial staff & great location.

Read some of the reviews, some people have no idea of what it takes to run a store in a small town and deliveries take at least 3 hrs round trip. That adds coast. You notice there isn't any competition, you ever wondered why?

Ridley’s in Pinedale is the most overpriced horrible store I’ve ever seen. Just went in to buy distilled water. For 2.5 gallon container they want 6 dollars. For water! The gallon ones are 1 a piece. What a joke and a rip off of all the local people in Pinedale. Everyone says shop local, support local businesses, this is why we don’t!!! I would rather drive hour and a half one way than give that joke of a place my money.

I have written them on their website a few times. The latest problem is I bought jenno ground turkey in a package you can not see through. Threw it in the freezer. A few days later I opened it and the meat was completely green. Smelled awful. They often mark down meat when it reaches its shelf life but i see green meat there regularly. The following week I bought an onion. Cut it in half and it was black inside, half of it was black. This has happened with onions before. The store regularly has very poor produce out for sale. It's a terrible store. So sad because we otherwise have to drive 75-90 min away to get to a quality grocer. And what's with the 4 star average rating? Impossible. Shopper beware!

Very unfriendly, I am a travel nurse that was traveling from Idaho to Virginia and I needed a short break from driving. I pulled into their huge empty parking lot around 2300 hours for a short break and someone (I think her name was Janice, she drove a blue or black SUV, Lexus I think) kicked me off the property saying "the only reason is because it's private property.". Just want to make my fellow travelers aware that this business will gladly take your money, but forget about taking a short break in their parking lot. In 12 years, I have never been kicked off a property just for parking, Very inconsiderate in my opinion and it says a lot about the people and the town.

Besides the bread in the photo. I also bought a pomegranate drink 3 months ago and I opened it and mold was in the cap. So I dumped it down the drain and mold was in the bottle. Ridleys really needs to watch their items or someone is going to get sick and I pray it's not a child! Outdated food and ice cream was freezer burn. I may as well go to a food bank! People work hard and want to feed their families knowing the food is safe! If it won't change then their is always someone higher up than the Ridley Family getting rich off of everyday people! This is ridiculous. There are no other markets around and that's where they don't care.

Happy to find this store in Pinedale. There were lots of organic items and gluten free items I was not expecting.l was a little disappointed with the fish section. But we get the cod and it was an fried pretty nicely. The staff was friendly and so were the other customers! Besides food there was a little gift shop too. There were all kinds of items including hiking shoes for my kids (that were on clearance. Overall I was pleased with my shopping experience at Ridleys!
