The Clinic Staff always go above and beyond with patients seen there. They all have very hometown attitudes and treat you as a person, not just a patient. Dr Wyatt especially always listens to concerns, answers questions honestly and openly. He is one of a kind!

This is the best clinic around. We drive from Cheyenne because it's worth it. They are wonderful to work with. You never have to wait long, and they are so friendly!

We took our 4 month old in to get some swelling on his head looked at. We saw Ann Anderson and she said his lymphnodes weren't swollen and it was from cradle cap and if we stop touching it, it'll go away. When I asked if I should watch for any other symptoms she said she was sure of her diagnosis and there was nothing to worry about. I took him to his primary doctor as soon as I could get him in and she found swelling lymphnodes and said there was absolutely no cradle cap on the swollen area. We were charged $140 for Ann Anderson to spend 5 minutes misdiagnosing my son, dismissing my concerns and not even recommending a treatment plan. I will never return to this clinic for myself or my children.

I came into the Clinic to see Dr Wyatt he was as always very caring and thorough about my options with my hand. Had my surgery at the Hospital in Kimball Nebraska. Everyone at the Clinic in Pine Bluffs and the Hospital in Kimball have been outstanding.

Given an initial charge on admission to have flu test. I tried continuously to get an idea of the prices beyond initial charge. They could not give me any more information. 2 months later I got a $300 bill in the mail. When I inquired about the reasons for the extra charges they couldn’t explain them and said if I paid they would have someone call me and figure out the charges. Well... I paid like a moron and they never contacted me. Dishonest. %100 do not recommend!

Pine Bluffs Clinic, wouldn't release information to me about MY son whom I legally have joint custody of. I had to go out there from Cheyenne, WY and resolve this issue in person. They have TERRIBLE Customer Service, were rude as all get out and the care they provide is absolutely awful!! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Just go to Cheyenne, they have Much better care than Pine Bluffs Clinic, as well as a Hospital for any urgent needs.

My Marine father found himself in need of tubing for his oxygen machine while relocating from Nevada to Illinois. He stopped by the Tri-County Medical Center in Pine Bluffs Wyoming and they gave him the tubing free of charge! I think they may have saved his life with this kind act! Thank you so much!!!

Never go to DR. Anderson for anything. She missed a ligament tear in my daughter's foot said it was just a sprain and she should wear supportive shoes and do deep icing. Told her not to wrap it because it would make it weak. She said you will be fine in two weeks. I'm seriously thinking about a malpractice lawsuit.
