We reached out for a tour and spoke to bartender about tour several times. No response from management. Also, they watered down our drinks on New Year’s Eve. Too expensive and if you’re not a regular they cheat you.

Great bourbon. Friendly staff. If you're passing thorough, I highly recommend stopping for a bottle...or two. The straight bourbon whiskey (cowboy) is my favorite.

We stayed here in our travel trailer through Harvest Host. We had the best time. This place is on the newer side and they have everything you could want in a drink. Try the lemon smash! Our bartender was awesome and knew what he was doing. Everyone here is super nice and knowledgable. They had a pizza food truck when we were there. All local stuff. Pine Bluffs also put on a firework show for the 4th and we were able to watch from our trailer. Their skeleton logo is the cutest. We will probably be coming back when we start our trek back to the east coast. Definitely recommend this place!

We stopped here on the way to Cheyenne, and it was definitely worth the stop. The whiskeys, ryes, and gins were phenomenal. The cocktails were also delicious. The owners were tending the bar and spent a lot of time explaining the different base alcohols and cocktails. The custom shuffleboard table was also fun. This is a family establishment distilling some great liquor. Highly recommended!!! Don't let the small town or the gravel road dissuade you. Well worth the stop!!!

What a great stop during our way-too-quick 4-day visit to Cheyenne! If you’re any where close, stop by and visit. We’re Southerners and big-time bourbon lovers, so obviously we had to check out this place. Each offering had something going for it, but we decided we liked the Hell on Wheels best, and walked away with a bottle. And the first thing we did when we arrived home was to make a Hell on Wheels Old Fashioned. Y-U-M, y’all! (.BTW, one of us got COVID on this trip. Hope the open air, large roomy space keeps y’all safe from anything we may have left there.) Keep on truckin’.

My husband and I stopped by on our road trip to the Tetons. It was well worth the stop! The bartender was very knowledgeable about the distilling processes and a great conversationalist. Another staff member joined the conversation and shared a lot of other information about their processes, marketing, aging, etc. This experience was more transparent, honest, and enlightening than any tour we experienced on the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky! Love this place! We wish this business the best of luck as they expand, and we will be back if we are ever in the area! Also, their drinks were delicious and tasted more aged than their actual age. The Bloody Mary mix is definitely worth a try too!

Everyone there was super hospitable and more then willing to teach us everything about their distilling process. They were also super nice and easy to make small talk with. A lot of great people working there! Highly recommend! Oh and also, they have amazing whiskey! 10 out of 10!

What an awesome find just off the interstate in Wyoming! We were driving back from Nebraska and had heard there was a distillery in, what seemed to us, like the middle of nowhere. Sure enough, a few minutes after we exited I80, a large and attractive building came in to view with a sweet patio out front. Upon walking inside, the spacious taproom was well appointed with a variety of seating including couches and comfy chairs. We were immediately greeted by Brittany behind the bar who made us feel so welcome and was quick to make recommendations based on our tastes. The mixed drinks were tempting but we really wanted to taste their products first so my husband ordered one of their straight bourbons and I got a flight of champagne bourbon, maple bourbon, almond vodka and coconut vodka. Everything was delicious! We made friends not only with Brittany but another lovely couple from NC. who were staying for a night as guests of Harvest Hosts. Brittany also gave us a brief history of their business which opened in 2017 and alerted us to fun events they have such as a Corgi derby every spring. We cannot wait to come back for that next year! At just over an hour from Colorado, the peaceful drive will be well worth it.

Great place with even better people. I hesitate to write this review because I want to keep this gem to myself but they really take care of their guests!

We had a great afternoon at Pine Bluffs Distilling. Terrific whiskey flight and craft cocktails. Cool atmosphere-nice design, comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Owner Chad was generous with his time and answered all our questions. He is a gracious host and an exceptional human. We hope to be back to help label bottles and join the events throughout the year. You will become quick fans and friends of this distillery!

The whiskey was great and it tasted amazing. They had great customer service and are very considerite of every member in the family. This is a must do destination for a whiskey lover traveling along I-80. They make you feel like family and treat you better then any Distillery I have been too before.

Pine Bluffs Distilling is awesome! This southeast Wyoming gem hosts musicians, food trucks, fundraising, and so much more. Oh, yeah, they make whiskey, too! Whether you are a local or are traveling through, Pine Bluffs Distilling is an absolute must!

Stopped in after seeing the billboard for the local distillery. Met the head distiller and some of the locals. Had a flight of their offerings plus was provided a preview sample of their head distillers birthday barrel pick! Great ambiance and the customer shuffleboard set up is a must. Certainly worth the detour if your in the neighborhood.
