Had to bring my three-year-old in for labs a few years ago, obviously frightening for a little one. The lab tech was very gentle and patient but also fast. Results were available on mychart quickly.

I had the VA send me here for my mammogram. Everyone from registration, to the tech was professional but would joke around with me. They contacted the VA numerous times for me to ensure I didn’t end up with a surprise bill! I will be staying local for all my upcoming needs!

This place and people who work here are amazing! Had an emergency in our family tonight, we called ahead to let them know what happened and we were on our way. They went above and beyond, we were in good hands!! Thank you again new castle!
