Two things I love in life - pizza and nature! There aren't a ton of places to dine at in Grand Teton National Park. Dornan's is in the Moose area right next to the Snake River. Dornan's Pizza & Pasta Company is more than a pizza parlor. It's family-owned and offers cabins to stay at, a trading post to shop at, and sporting good equipment that you can rent. The Dornan family settled here in the 1920's and have been serving tourists in multiple ways ever since. For food, you can dine at the Chuckwagon outside (Summer only) or at their Pizza and Pasta Company restaurant inside the Spur Bar. I came by for lunch and ordered a personal-sized pizza. I really enjoyed the view of the Teton Range from their outdoor patio area. I ordered The Grand Pizza which is similar to a Hawaiian Pizza. Overall everything was great and I enjoyed eating at this historic place.

We came here for a late lunch/early dinner after hiking in the park and visiting Menor's Ferry/Chapel of the Transfiguration. It's really the only dining option in that area still open in late September. The Dornan's were neighbors of Menor when he was operating the ferry across the Snake River, so they've been there a long time. We ordered the pizzas at the window, they brought them to our table. We especially liked the pesto pizza. Can't beat the view!

Best view and best pizza in the valley. They actually put toppings on their pizza! Always crowded but fun and worth the wait.

A must visit in Grand Teton NP! The pizza was awesome and the view was even better! We ate here twice during our trip because we liked it so much.

There are not very good places to eat in Grand Teton, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this place. The only reason we found it was because we were checking out the area on the other side of the river when we saw the upstairs patio. It was pretty crowded when we saw it so we were excited to try it. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We ended up getting the southwest chicken salad and the Mount Moran pizza. The salad was large and generous with chicken, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and a cilantro cream dressing. It also came with a cheese bread. The Mount Moran had a garlic cream sauce with chicken, spinach, and pinenuts. It was a creamy goodness and the size was decent. I thought the meal wasnt going to be that filling because the pizza was a bit small for $20+ but we ended up with leftovers. The outdoor upstairs patio had a nice view of the river and mountains which is always great to stair at when eating good food.

Went here for the deli sandwiches and bagels multiple times. The people behind the deli counter are awesome - they make good food and they’re friendly! It was a nice experience. The grocery store has a good selection of snacks and drinks. Definitely recommend stopping by here for breakfast/lunch and stocking up on snacks!

The grocery store also includes a deli counter for fresh made sandwiches that were great when the pizza parlor next door had a tour bus stop in. Picnic tables are available outside for a view of the river and Tetons.

It was a chilly and rainy day in the Tetons and my friend and I had just done a hike not too far from the Doran's and the entrance to the park. It's located just outside of the few area and visitor center with lots of parking and other shops nearby. They open at 11:30 and about 10 minutes before that, a line was forming outside. It's order at the counter and seat yourself. Drinks, including sodas, are ordered at the bar. We each got a cup of tomato basil soup (very necessary for warming up,) and then split a 12 inch thin crust veggie pizza. They were accommodating to put olives only on half. Quick service and hearty, tasty food make this a quick and easy lunch before exploring more of the park.

Stopped here for lunch on our last day in the area. We walked in and there was a long line at the register to order and people were waiting by tables to claim them as soon as they opened up. When it was our turn at the register and the seating area was still overflowing we decided that rather than not eating there at all we would order a pizza to go in case we had to sit in our car to eat. While we were waiting for the pizza a family offered their table so I sat down while my husband went to the restroom. While I was sitting alone a worker came up to me and said, "Just so you know if someone needs a table you have to get up." What?? I was confused and uncomfortable with his confrontation and told him we ordered to go in case we had to eat in our car. When my husband came back he was furious that the guy had confronted me and went and talked to him. My husband asked him if we had paid a lesser price because we had said we would take it to go. He of course said we had not. On top of it, my husband had fully tipped even though we thought we may have to eat in the car so they were in no way shortchanged by us sitting at a table. To the worker's credit, he did come back to the table later and apologized to me. But my suggestion to the restaurant is to let your customers self regulate table sharing as they do in so many other restaurants and ensure the workers simply focus on the food and turning the tables as quickly as possible when you are busy and don't ever confront a paying customer like this again.

Wanted to check out this place based on previous Yelp reviews. We hit a day of chilling wind and rain and thought a pizza and maybe hot soup would help the day. If the weather is fine enough, take the stairs that lead up to the outdoor seating (it's off to the side of where you place your order at a podium). No packaged beer, liquor or pets are allowed upstairs and you must be 21. The views alone of the mountain range and the surrounding area is worth a 5 star rating! You place an order at the podium, pay for it and receive a number for wherever you want to sit. When the food is ready it is brought right to you. Any beverages are at the large bar stationed on one and a half size of the dining area. Huge viewing windows line the bar area so anyone and especially the bartenders have one of the prettiest views of the Grand Tetons while they are working.Water carafes and glasses are help yourself to take to your table. I asked the staff for the most popularly ordered pizza and was told Thor Peak was a winner. You can choose a 7"-12" size, thick or thin crusted. I ordered a 12" for the two of us and some of it had to be brought home with us. There was generous serving of marinara sauce with thinly sliced Canadian bacon, Italian sausage and pepperoni. The crust was baked just right with those crispy to almost burnt edges. I also ordered their soup of the day which was Tomato Basil soup served with a Parmesan crusted slice of pizza wedge used for dunking. It was hot and just hit the hunger spot before the pizza came out. Husband had the Linguini and Marinara dish. The meatballs looked not too appealing placed on the side completely bare but my husband mushed it all together with the rest of the sauce and pasta. He said it tasted good but it will definitely fill you up. You have a moment to browse, there is a wall near the restroom covered with nostalgia and pics of previous singers and visitors to this restaurant. They also have a pretty good sized wine and beverage store right next to them. You will enjoy this place all for its unique location and view and have a pretty decent meal to boot. It can get pretty noisy and we were there just for the busy lunch crowd. Be sure to watch signs for when they are actually opened and the times they are serving meals. Things close seasonally in this area.

Just ate at Dornan's this past week on vacation. You get in line and order at the counter. They give you a number and you place it on your table. They bring your order to your table. All drinks are ordered at the bar. They leave carafes of water on the bar that you can take to your table. My husband and I both ordered 7" pizzas. Hot, fresh and tasty. The crust was perfect. The place was packed but we only waited about 20 minutes for our order. It is very loud with all the people and music blaring. I can kind of understand if they got an order wrong. I'm not sure how they hear you. However, whether you eat there or get an order to go, it would be smart to check your order for accuracy. We loved the food, service is minimal due to how it is set up. The table was clean, they brought cutlery and napkins with our order. I would recommend for a great local experience.
