Dornans Gas Station is a fun little place and a staple near the Jackson Airport, close to the Tetons. It is the closest gas station to the airport, making it the best place to fill up the rental car before a flight or to get cheaper gas before entering Yellowstone National Park, serving as a popular rest stop. The business includes a bustling bar and restaurant with a Pizza and Pasta shop, run by a family that does not skimp on service. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food is ordered at a back counter, while beverages, including alcoholic drinks, coffee, soda, and lemonade, are ordered separately at the bar. Food is delivered to the table, and guests bus their own dishes. The indoor music can be loud, but the outdoor upstairs patio and rooftop deck are amazing, offering the best views of the mountains. The food is solid and comes out quickly. The pizza, such as the Buck Mountain or cheese pizza, is good with a crispy crust, though some find it okay but dry. Pasta, like the rigatoni, comes in large, delicious portions. Salads, like the chicken santa fe-type, are good, fresh, and large. The veggie stromboli is delicious and filling. It is a favorite place for a happy hour drink, especially in nice weather. The spot is always packed in the summer, closes earlier, and is not ideal for those in a rush.
Gas is cheaper compared to stations inside Yellowstone park so fill up here before you get to Yellowstone. Also the closest to airport so best place to fill up before you return the rental car.

Fun little place near the Jackson Airport with a view of the mountains. Pizza and salads are good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Can't really go wrong here. There's gas right outside too. Apparently it's a popular rest stop for people heading into Yellowstone.

This is our 1st time visiting Dornan's & we can't wait to go back. We shared the rigatoni (large portion size & tastes like I make at home!) & a small Buck Mountain pizza that comes with slices of tomato, fresh mozzarella & basil. Both were delicious. Pizza crust was crispy on the bottom. So so good!
