We had a mishap with our rental car while traveling long distance from Minnesota to California and we needed a quick repair to avoid being stranded. Cy's repair shop was recommended to us, so we limped the car over to his shop, and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. Not only did we get great service, Cy was very cordial. If it were an option, we'd give 6 out of 5 stars. He saved our trip.

This is is insanely delayed review but I have to thank the guys at Cy’s for helping me out of a bind on my road trip over the spring. I had set off on my way across the country without having my vehicle checked and it immediately had an issue not 5 hours after setting off. Luckily I was close enough to Cy’s repair shop and was my car was fixed within 30 minutes. I really appreciate your help and kindness on that stressful day! Thank you so much!

We requested road side assistance from I90 just outside of Moorcroft. We were towing our camper and got a flat on our tow vehicle. Our hometown mechanic had the lug nuts on so tight we couldn’t remove them all. Cy’s came right out…on a Sunday evening..and had us back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Absolute professionals!

I broke down outside of Moorcroft at 1am. I called CY and he was there in 15 minutes!! He towed me all the way to Gillette. Prompt professional service, all around great guy. A lot of small towns only have one option for a tow truck operator. Moorcroft has a great one!

My car decided to take an extra long break, at a rest area somewhere in Wyoming, while I was enroute from Indianapolis back to Butte, MT. Cy found me in a timely manner, was extremely professional, and didn't mind my goldendoodle putting her head in his lap. When I walked out of the dealership crying & hopped back into his rollback, he immediately started helping me locate another mechanic. Cy made this entire single woman car breakdown crisis a whole lot better. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Have to say that CY was quick to respond to my small breakdown in Moorecroft... He went out of his way to help me get parts and get back on the road... Very professional and very reasonable with price of repairs... Definitely recommend if you are in any need of towing or repairs in the Moorecroft, Wyoming area... Give him a call...

He was nice enough to change his hay moving job to check our car, even though he "doesn't like working on tourist cars." He fixed a leak, but let us go with 2 quarts over in oil and low in transmission fluid after telling us he checked the fluids. Wouldn't recommend for mechanic work, but he is a nice guy at least
