It was the end of the day and the line was into the lobby, almost out the door. The postal workers were doing a great job getting everyone through their transactions and packages out the door with speed and grace. The Mills team is crushing it.

I have never worked with an organization so unprofessional and incompetent at every level in my entire life. Their customer service is nonexistent. Not a single individual I interacted with showed even the smallest regard or care for my experience. They all acted inconvenienced and annoyed while working with me. They also failed to provide the very service I paid for. When I confronted them about this, I received the same arrogance and disregard I have become accustomed to when dealing with the USPS. I would not wish such a poor customer experience on my worst enemy. Never in my wildest dreams would I recommend this organization to anyone. I will never use the USPS again under any circumstance.

Worse place if your a business trying to get your product out to your customers. You pay for two days delivery, the customer dont get their shipment a week later, while their tracking # states that that it wont be delivered till even later. It didnt just happen once.. after two attempts they messed it up each time. All the while blaming everyone else, even thou we had recipes to.prove it. If I could them - stars this would be the place!!

As friendly of service as can be expected of a post office. If you need something mailed at the end of your work day make sure you come well before 5:00 PM though because they close the doors early.

I have always recieved good service at this post office. The parking can be very congested at times and there are waiting lines at times.
