Will and his crew are incredible! Chad and Will are who mainly helped me in getting some pretty extensive work done to my pickup. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and very experienced in what they do. Having them explain in detail the various issues found was relieving to know that I had people working on my vehicle who knew exactly what they’re doing. They are so kind and friendly and when I had to pop in for an unexpected repair, they didn’t turn me away and made the time to determine the issue and fix it and get me on my way to having a safe means of transportation. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this awesome group of guys! Thank you again so very much for all your help! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Diesel truck issues on our way to Utah. Lucky that my son-in-law gave me recommendation to call Arc Iron. I can’t say enough about the honesty and integrity of this shop and its owner. These guys are true mechanics not just technicians replacing parts because the computer says they’re bad. Here’s what happened:
The truck died twice on the interstate coming into Casper. No warning. Pulled over and restarted with no apparent problem both times. No codes or engine light. As we were pulling a camper to Utah we were hesitant to go any further. Called Will and he said bring the truck to him in the morning. Got the truck in to the shop right away as they knew we were stranded. Truck was running just fine when we took it to the shop. After some explanation on the problem and history, Will had a few ideas. As I said, truck had no codes and was running okay but not like it should. Will troubleshooted the problem and spent time after the shop closed to fix what he thought was the issue. He was right and the truck runs great again, no issues. Hooked up a large camper and down the road we went. I’ll bring all my repairs 150 miles to Arc Iron.

🚨🚨 DO NOT USE ARC IRON 🚨🚨 They will miss diagnose, then charge you to replace parts that aren't the problem, and then tell you it's something else. If you want to just throw money at your vehicle until they figure it out. This is the place for you. Unethical at best!

Called to schedule a head gasket replacement for my truck. Soonest they had was a month out. I missed the drop off day by Miscommunication. Instead of calling me they bumped me. Soonest they have available, is another month from now. Call someone else .

The best, hands down. We send all of our trucks & equipment to the Arc Iron Garage In Mills. They are always honest, fair and you know it’s fixed right. Their service, timeliness, and quality have been incredible! Will Malony & his guys always get our our stuff fixed quickly, and a lot less than other places. We have been a repeat customer for years because Will & his mechanics are certified, & really care about their customers. They stand behind all of their work, & always get us back on the road safely. I wouldn’t take a vehicle to any other place other than the Arc Iron Garage, we are pretty thankful for Will & the guys over there!
