The lady on my recent phone call promised an invoice detailed to look at in 24 hours and eradication of an old bogus 6 year old charge and on time delivery. I was very skeptical but gave in and she was right on, thank you for the help.

They closed the one walk-in tank refill in Casper area they only service the big store outlet's who then raise the price again to cover their expenses fyn-j and tractor supply. Thanks for your response !!! It was great to fill on throw back Thursday! There also was nothing posted on the door for those of us that go to work , and off work before and after you open ! The personal there was fantastic ! Great people , but a little disrespectful , and uncourteous with the closing ,

No complaints really about the LOCAL people working there BUT trying to get a hold of anyone at this specific location to try and check if the dock is even open before driving in to town is IMPOSSIBLE! The phone number gets answered by customer service agents only (the person I spoke to was on the east coast) and all that is said is that since the pandemic there is nobody manning the \\\"stores\\\" and that they are \\\"closed\\\". The only number tied to that location according to customer service is the same one I had already called. Why can we not talk to someone LOCALLY?!?! If you're not there to answer phones then set up a recording so people know.

only one star bc it wont let me leave 0 stars!!!! the dock has never been open when i go there to fill my tanks!!! Never today just says sorry dock closed today go somewhere else!!!

Way overpriced! I couldn’t even get a price quote over the phone. I had to go fill out a form online. Very inconvenient. The lady on the phone was nice though.

It took some convincing to get them to come up to my property on the top of Casper Mountain in the middle of December but Shelly was very understanding of my situation and promised me she'd do all she could to get up here. She sent one driver who drove all the way up past Crimson Dawn just park at the bottom of the road I live off and tell me he wasn't even going to try to make it up due to "low hanging wires across the road" (they are well above 20ft & the truck has an 11ft clearance). I informed Shelly of this & she promised me the next day she would send her best driver up and give it a shot and she did. Robin came up, stopped at Bear Trap, rolled around in the snow, slapped his chains on his truck and made it right up no problem! I suggest if you use AmeriGas ask for Shelly and ask for your driver to be Robin, he will get the job done or he will at least give it his best shot & not just drive up to tell you he can't do it without even trying and giving some bogus excuse.

Googled AmeriGas for their hours. Said "open today 7 am - 4 pm" so I sent the guys down with the bottle to be filled. They don't open until 8 am in the winter. AmeriGas should contact Google so their info is correct.
