“I just want to thank Alex at Les Schwab tire service. Very friendly, respectful and professional. I called the TA tire shop in Laramie, Wy but I felt that they were just interested in how much money they can make out of me. So I’ve called Les Schwab in Laramie, Wy and spoke with Alex.
I was looking to replace my bad tire on my semi truck that started peeling off 40 miles from Laramie, but I ended up buying four new tires for a great deal.
Alex had three options for me and I picked up one of them.
It was a really great experience and Alex installed my four tires in no time and got me on the road safely.

“Stopped by for a slow leak, had me pull into the bay within a few minutes of arriving. Supervisor cautioned staff to be careful about TPMS sensors when breaking the bead. Don't have direct TPMS, but happy they thought about it.
Had the wheel off and found the leak in a few more minutes. Total time from arrival to fixed tire and leaving was maybe 20 minutes, cost was about as many dollars.
Witty banter was appropriate to the situation.”
