I was so THANKFUL I could get my scorpion a couple crickets☺️☺️☺️☺️ The Lady owner was just Wonderful. This was my third experience. The first experience was wonderful tho I can't recall the kid who was working that days name. But he was polite and helpful and just a great experience first time checking the place out. Fell in love with the cream colored male rat. Definitely wish I could have brought him home.I know the third one I was informed they were relocating. Best Wishes to both the Mr and Mrs ??☺️ hopefully can get a couple more crickets next month??

Never answers phone, haven’t been able to get mice/rats for our python that we purchased here, can’t even talk to someone who knows anything for months, enclosures are trash. Was a good place at first but now it’s clear this guy has no idea what he is doing. As I sit outside the business that is posted to close at 5:30pm but has the door locked and closed sign up, we have now decided to never come back. If you buy a snake here, be ready to drive to lander for food every time.

Purchased a beta almost a year ago and he is still going strong! The owners are super knowledgeable and friendly, this little pet store is a gem.

This was the saddest story for a pet store. Filthy. Empty tanks, trash, pet food, lamps, kid toys, etc. all over the floor. A few of the mice/rats were covered in filth and new/old wounds. Can't even believe this place is open. Pathetic. Feel so bad for the poor animals. I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

Very nice shop. They do an excellent job caring for all of the animals there. If they don't have something they will look and see what they can do for you. They are just over all great.

A few months ago we bought my daughter's new best friend(corn snake)from here, everytime we go into the store it's always an upbeat mood and checking out all the animals is always so fun (especially the reptiles ?). I would definitely recommend checking out their store!

Love this pet store! They are very family oriented, and truly care about not only their animals but their customers too. They take the time to make sure every and all questions are answered, and that their customer is happy. It's just a very cute little pet store ❤
