Beautiful rooms. Loved the bear decor
Rooms: The shower is awesome and the beds are comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful

Indoor and outdoor pool
Fun bear statues everywhere that makes it fun for the kids
Just outside the heart of downtown so don’t have to deal with the traffic and noise.

This was by far our favorite place to stay on our trip to Yellowstone.
Every amenity was top notch.
It was a bit away from the bustle of downtown, and a nice quiet stay.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean, and very comfortable.

It’s the guests I give negative reviews! The location, staff, accommodations are amazing! It is so sad that some parents don’t teach courtesy anymore or have any respect for those around them.
Being in our room was like listening to stampeding wild elephants above us…children running jumping screaming like crazy on the floor above, with zero regard for those below them.
I’m a parent and raised a child all on my own with respect for others...we have traveled since she was born. If you have no clue how to parent, control your children or simply teach them respect for others STAY HOME!
You are ruining it for everyone else!

We loved this place! Granted yes, it's expensive. But it's Jackson Hole and that's just what it is. We at least felt that it was money well spent.
The room was gorgeous, clean, spacious and had so any amenities. The shower was incredible. We made use of the pool and hot tub which we usually wouldn't do, but the facilities were so inviting and it was a blast! The people at the front desk were nice and helpful, which isn't always the case. We liked that they had a connivence store on-site for last minute needs. The breakfast was good! Parking was easy. And the design of the hotel itself, with the little wooden animals everywhere, was delightful. We also liked that it was super close to town, but a little tucked away and not right in the center.
Huge fan, would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It’s located south of the busy Jackson downtown touristy area, which we preferred. Our room was modern, clean, and well appointed---a notch above other lodgings where we stayed during our road trip in Wyoming and Montana. The best part of our stay was the delicious, plentiful buffet breakfasts, which were included in our stay. Oh my! Everything was freshly prepared and well presented.
Other reviewers mention the high price. That’s true for all lodgings in and around Jackson Hole. If you want lower prices, come in the off season or stay further away from all activities.

Walkability: 5 minute walk from 15 great restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room. Excellent staff and location. It’s high class yet normal, they got me at guest laundry machines.
Safety: There is zero crime in Jackson Hole.
Walkability: Grocery, dining and shopping within walking distance. Grab a ride share to tourist targeted area.

Great hotel. Nice location, good vibe,. Breakfast served in the morning was great. Room was great except for 1 thing, the tv:none of the channels were subscribed. Other than that we had a great time here.

Free shuttle to downtown and great staff. Beautiful pool with 2 hot tubs and a fireplace in the room

We loved having an on-demand driver to take us into town and pick us up. This is very convenient. The pool was great and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
