Don't come here! Paid 25 bucks for a wash, and the car was still dirty. Talked to the manager who was unwilling to even look at the car before refusing to do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

I’ve been here frequently for cleaning taxi and my personal cars. AGAIN? Hell no. This place worse than a bad joke.
Horrible customer service, if you want to waste your money go for it this is the place for you. My car was less dirty before it go thru machine. Workers are rude and have an excuse for every single complain you have.
Stay away !
I rather to go to Shell and clean the car by myself.

I’m on a road trip and stopped at this car wash after leaving GTNP. For some reason there was an employee at the self-pay station. I told her I just wanted the basic wash. She told me she recommended update and I told her I was fine with basic since I was leaving again the next day and my vehicle would be dirty again. She responded with a rude ‘Okaaayyyy…’.
I gave her my Amex and the machine wouldn’t accept it. I opened Apple Pay on my phone and she said, ‘Amex doesn’t do touch pay.’ That is entirely untrue, I use touch pay with my Amex everywhere that allows it. This car wash may not allow it, but it’s not accurate that it’s an Amex issue.
The car wash was fine, just way more expensive than necessary. Then I get to the vacuums. There is a sign announcing a 5 minute limit and no detailing, and another one saying you aren’t allowed to back in. Also, all the vacuums are running the whole time instead of having on/off buttons.
$19 for a basic car wash, a 5-minute vacuum, and a sarcastic employee. No thanks.

This place is wonderful. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Loved it so much I bought the monthly pass for $95 which gets me 8 washes a month. Highly recommend.

Every time I come for a wash, I feel taken care of by excellent staff and services. After many many visits Eduardo finally introduced himself today, even though he's been at my service for all previous visits. He is SO nice and helpful! Used the mat washer today for the first time - so dang nice. I only refuse to buy a local pass due to wash limits per month, I just don't wanna be capped on washes ? Great business.

Car wash left dirt on the back of my vehicle. I had to argue with the manager for a re-wash. $24.00 for a wash that’s not even a guarantee to get dirt off.
Vacuums were not strong, and they don’t offer any towels or sprays.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all cost unless you want a crappy car wash and cracked windshield. I talked with the manager Jose who blamed the split down the middle of my windshield from a rock chip and would not do anything. After seeing other reviews this is not the first time damage to a car has been done.

Jul 2024 - it was ok. ? small lot, tight turn to get in the tunnel, and no detailing ? but free vacuums. I mainly went in to remove all the bugs. The guys did pretty good at the entrance with the scrub brushes. Overall, just a small 50-foot tunnel car was with no real bells or whistles. It did a recent job.

Terrible customer experience. I paid $19 for a wash and the car didn’t come clean and had hard water stains. When I asked for a rewash, the attendants were quite rude and said they don’t do that for basic washes. It’s an overpriced wash that’s not worth the money or hassle

The wash is a machine wash but doesn't fully clean off the bugs unless the most expensive wash. The guys scrub your vehicle with brushes. That service was standard practice last year.

If you are looking to waste $20 on a car wash this is your place! The car wash didn’t remove 1/2 the bugs and dirt, the vacuums are not strong at all and there aren’t any towels to dry your car off. I asked the guy if we could run the car back through the car wash to try to get rid he bugs off the front and they would not allow it. Terrible customer service and car wash in general. Would not recommend!!
