Kathy here is super sweet and tried to be helpful to my husband and I. We were in her district, but she tried to get us the help we needed. She has great compassion, and amazing customer service. The company it's self though I can do with out due to how the contact center works and the ring around you have to go through as a potential customer to even see if u have a delivery scheduled. It turned out they didn't, even though when I first called a week prior it was. They also don't call back... Kathy Is amazing though.

I'm so grateful to have found these nice folks! Have 2, 30-lb. tanks off my RV, took a chance and just showed up. Luckily, I timed it just right and the driver was just coming back. After some nice, pleasant conversation with the folks in the office, I was on my way. Thank you to Suburban Propane!
