“What can be said - a vestige of old Jackson charm. You can buy everything from Estes Rockets to Revell model cars; basic camping gear to elk hunting stuff; Hall Mark cards to compression socks; the pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly and get to know you -old School neighborhood style - something that is sadly disappearing. And they have Mexican cokes at a reasonable price! If you are a tourist, passing through simply be polite, it goes a long way - and remember you visit towns like Jackson partially because of stores like Stone Drugs.”
“I had an outstanding day last week on the Snake River south of Jackson with Wes Bolton, local guide and member of the JD staff. Wes is a real pro, with an immaculate boat, truck and gear, but he is also extremely fun, cheerful and positive. And when I say he knows his beat, I mean he knew every rock, overhanging tree and current seam in the entire 10-mile float. There was a willing cutthroat nearly every place he had me throw a fly.Back at the shop, I enjoyed meeting the staff, who all seem to share Wes' friendly and spirited outlook. Together, they literally marked up a map for me with several DIY wade trips to try the next day. I used the shop credit they offer for guide trips on some of their cool branded clothing. I look forward to making this an annual trip.”

“Excellent hand tied flies. Best quality for a very inexpensive price. Jackson Cardinal also carries excellent fly rods and reels, almost anything you might need to fly fish with in both fresh and salt water fishing. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff.”
“I'm a plus size newbie skier from out of town. I wanted to get a snow outfit for my trip without buying an entirely expensive new fit. PLUS I found it nearly impossible to find plus sized clothes anywhere. I'm SOOOO excited I stumbled upon this spot. They have a wide range of items from snow shoes to skis to kid's gear. It's small but mighty. & Omg their plus size options had me in tears because I had multiple options to choose from. I'm not sure if everything is pre-owned because some items still had its original tag on it. I found snow pants from $70-300, so you can find something in your price range. They have an accommodating fitting room as well & the employee was chill.”
“Came here to demo some snowboards. Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a beat-up grey beard lazy rider. Matt took the time to talk to me about all the boards and what would suit my boomer style the most. Tried a few boards, picked an awesome one (20% sale!) and rode off into the sunset. Pretty clutch that they have a sister store by Bridger gondola so you can switch demo boards during the day. 100% recommend this shop.”
“Great tourist experience i just wish they kept the lower restaurants opened for early dinner and not only open for breakfast that was an unfortunate change. but you can go upstairs where it's pretty noisy for dinner”
