Not your average liquor store. You can taste before you buy. They have a lot of whiskey and wine. I bought two bottles and the A.D. Rattray that was bottled in the Blair Athol Distillery they only made like 230 bottles. So it was a must.

HORRIBLE experience. I purchased two separate bottles for my parents, both with custom messages. They were supposed to be packaged separately for each person. When my parents received the bottles, they were mixed up in the wrong boxes. Additionally, the writing on the bottles looked NOTHING like writing that they display in store. I understand that they are written by hand, but I expected something better than chicken scratch. I also had purchased soap and chocolate to be sent in the boxes and they notified me days later that those items couldn’t be shipped this time of year because of the weather. I brought all of this to the store managers attention and she blamed everything on the distribution center. She told me she would reach out to me regarding a refund, and I never heard from her again. This is such a. Cool store for tourists and it is such a shame that I would NEVER take any of my visiting guests here after an experience like this.

Are my husband & I the only people deeply offended by the ads depicting a middle-aged MARRIED woman thirsty for her younger "Boy-Toy" tennis coach? We will never patronize this company because of its demeaning stereotypes of older women & handsome young men.

Really unique section of stuff. Most of the staff was friendly, however, one employee was particularly rude and unhelpful. She claimed she was too busy to help us when no one was around her and she was just standing there doing nothing. She treated us as if we were less than even though we were paying customers and were extremely friendly to her. This is the only bad review I have ever given and I feel it is worth it. Made us feel unwelcome.

I went into Spirits and Spice today to utilize the points I have accumulated from past purchases. Upon checking out, I was told there was a new policy that went into effect the day before where I now had to have 300 points or more before I could use my points. This company is constantly sending me emails about their products but gave no thought into advising their customers of this new policy. Had I had known, I would have made my purchases before the change. Thinking back, I should have cancelled my purchases today as this is terrible customer service.

I didn't really know what to expect when walking into this place. It certainly doesn't look like any other liquor store I've been to. But the sales gal, I believe her name was Rey, was absolutely fantastic. You get to sample anything you want before buying and they ship all over the country. Just got our bottles in today and absolutely love it

Everyone was so nice and helpful when we stopped in. It's like an adult candy store! I love being able to try a small taste of the selections before you make a decision on buying something. We will be back on our next vacation!

Wow! Not your average liquor store. This place is so unique. Small batch spirits and liqueurs that you can sample before buying. I came in looking for a local baileys type of drink and walked out with a great bottle of brunello and a S’mores liquor! Definitely stop in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free out of state shipping over $150 (and no tax), too!
