We stayed 1 night since our flight was cancelled. We arrived late but the restaurant was still open and the food and service was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Not sure if the location was good since we arrived late and left early the next morning. We would stay again.

The Snow King Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views. My room, 357, was comfortable and well-appointed, and the scenery from the window was simply incredible.
However, the hotel's technology is in dire need of an upgrade. The wifi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the TV was not a smart TV, limiting entertainment options. I would have much preferred the ability to cast from my own devices.
Another area for improvement is the lighting. The room was fitted with bright white lights, which created a sterile, hospital-like atmosphere. Warmer lighting options would make a huge difference in creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
Overall:
Despite the technological shortcomings and lighting issues, the Snow King Hotel offers a comfortable stay with unparalleled views. With some updates to its amenities, it could be a truly exceptional destination.

The room was clean but felt a bit dated. The staff was very friendly, and the water pressure was good, although it took a while for the hot water to arrive. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but it doesn't justify the $320 per day price tag, on top of the $45 "resort fees"

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Michael at the front desk. He was so friendly, kind, & easy to talk to. He's a wonderful addition to your staff. We looked forward to seeing him every day.
Also, a huge thank you to Mike, our Yellowstone tour guide who we booked through the hotel. We had the very best day with him & we were lucky enough to see Steamboat erupt. It was a memory we will never forget. Just seeing how excited Mike was to see it erupt was just so special.
Such a great trip & so many great memories. Thanks for your hospitality & kindness.

Perfect hotel in close proximity to downtown Jackson! We could have walked if we wanted to. Check in was easy. Plenty of free parking. You can also rent bear spray from the front desk which is so convenient. The laundry is super convenient too; you download an app, load money on, and it lets you know how much time you have left.

Comfortable, western-style hotel nestled in Jackson Hole, right next to the Snow King Ski Resort. Staff were amazing, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice pool and big hot tub for soaking. Perfect place for outdoor activities such as camping, biking, hiking, and skiing and snow sports in the winter. Beautiful Snake River is there - we did a float trip that gave us beautiful views of the mountains and valley. We will definitely stay at Snow King Resort again!

The location if good but other than that I would say it was not worth the price paid. The rooms are very dated and worn out. The thermostats are locked out so you have no control over the temps. The internet was very slow, and we were here in September, I couldn’t imagine it in the summer at full capacity. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was quiet, but again, it’s off-season. The worst part of the stay was the lack of customer service. Every employee, with the exception of the “engineer” who had to come fix a problem in our room, seemed apathetic, uninterested and failed to provide even remotely good service. This was the only place in town that added on a mandatory 20% service charge to the bar/food bills, it became obvious after our first visit to the bar why. Bartender Kevin was there on our first visit, when I asked him what the house cab was (not looking at the menu) and he said the Two Mountain, I ordered it because I had a credit for 2 free cocktails and know darn well that only the well drinks and house wines are ever covered. At the end of the night when we asked for the bill I handed him the credit voucher for which he replied “well that won’t work on your drinks”. As it turned out he had misled me (basically upsold me on the wine without my knowledge) and tried to explain it away as a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding in “what is your house cab?” The bar is open until 10pm, every seat but one was occupied and he had that bar cleaned up, all the bar mats picked up by 9:10pm. The next night Alex was working, paid lots of attention to the off-duty employees but we had to flag him down to get another round for our group. Overall not worth the money and would not stay here again.

For close to $600 per night you don't even get your room done!!!! When we called no one answered and, at the end of our stay, I tried to convey my disappointment to the manager but was told she wasn't available. I wrote her an email and got no answer.
Tip: Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had much better services at motels along the way for a fraction of the cost.

I always struggle rating a business below 4 or 5 as I know there are so many variables that go into making an experience memorable. I stayed in the Snow King Suite for 7 nights while in town for a wedding. The location to town was fine, walkable if you had the time.
Checkin was painful. I was given the wrong instructions and ended up lugging my bags around the resort unnecessarily. They issue vouchers for breakfast per person so I needed to track and submit 14 over the course of my stay ( why they can’t track this in their system, I’ll never know). The vouchers were not ready and I ended up filling them in myself to move the checkin process along. As it turns out, breakfast is abysmal and the service even worse. Good luck getting coffee and water without having to chase someone down and forget having any refills.
I was told I had the best room in the resort. Do not stay in this suite. There is no overhead lighting at all. Just two lamps with minimal lumens. It was like being in the dark once the sun went down. After three requests and two days, they did finally bring me a floor lamp. There are no dressers to hold your clothes although there is a makeshift closet setup but not enough hangers so drawers are needed.
There were no glasses or suite type amenities anywhere to be found but in fairness they did bring me two wine glasses upon my request. There are no outlets convenient to anything and there is no outlet in the second bathroom so you could not use electric shaver or hairdryer. The suite is at the entrance to the building and you get to hear each and every person who enters and exits the building which is the only entrance on that side. You are also right next to the parking lot so you also got to hear everyone’s vehicles. I especially enjoyed the 4 motorcycles revving up each morning at 6:00 am. Fortunately that only lasted three mornings.
The front desk manager was very nice but she was the only staff I met that even remotely seemed to care or had any interest in the guests. For the money, stay somewhere else where pride is taken in customer service, room experience and certainly provides a better dining experience.

Nice hotel, away from the town hustle but at a walking distance from the main town square (1 mile). Clean, however the bathroom had a bad stanch. I stayed in a comfortable king bedroom in the 7th floor with a view of a tiny top peak of Grand Teton behind hotel’s surrounding hills - not much of a view. Due to daily smoke cover caused by wildfires in the area, everything was shrouded in heavy smoke that may, I found out online, envelop Jackson Hole valley in summer and fall.
The service at the bar was slow and breakfast is one of the worst i have seen: scrambled eggs, bacons, potatoes, salsa and nothing else! I couldn’t believe that this resort is so unimaginative about breakfast. I would rate them a zero for that.
Rooms: Comfortable and clean. Awful stanch in bathroom.

My stay at Snow King Resort was fantastic. The location can't be beat, with spectacular views and just minutes from downtown Jackson. The rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated, providing a very comfortable rest. Furthermore, the restaurant offered delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, Snow King Resort is the perfect place to relax and enjoy stunning natural surroundings. I completely recommend it!
Food and drinks: The food at Snow King Resort is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and well prepared dishes. You can't miss the bison burger, which is delicious. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better. Without a doubt, the resort's culinary offering is a great attraction of the stay.

Great location at base of Snow King Mountain, nice quiet surrounding area within easy walking distance of Jackson Town. It seemed like our suite was recently remodeled and so was exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable. Terrific base for exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The on-site restaurant offers good food and local beers.
