I was in a tight spot with my motorcycle when I pulled into the Sinclair. Ricardo went above and beyond to help me out despite the station closing down soon. He stayed after to help out even through I’m sure he had his own closing duties to complete. In the end I got out of the jam and was back on the road. Thank you Ricardo, 10/10 would recommend this shop!

Pulled in after hours with a stuck door latch, so my door wouldn't close, in the rain!! Mark came out and fixed it in 30 secs flat, no charge. He's an angel.

Shervin's Auto Care came to my rescue!I had serious concern about a horrible loud squealing sound from my brakes.Their top mechanic checked it out and was very reassuring.Sarah also provided excellent customer service and additionally did a thorough inspection of my tires. She spotted a nail! Even though it was late in a very full day, Sarah and team made sure the nail was removed, tire fixed and brakes were in good shape.Thank you to all for keeping my Toyota Sienna safe for the road.Jane from Seattle area(P S. As a small business owner on Vashon Island, we appreciate how much effort it takes to provide great service!)

Unrivaled service and expertise. These people truly care about their customers. This is what we all hope for in a business model and they will treat you like family. Jackson is lucky to have them.

Interstate battery kept dying, they claimed they would honor warranty. Went in and the test printout showed low amps and just over half the rated CCA, but claimed the battery was still good. Immediately after the test I tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. The test drained the battery. They gave me a jump and said they could sell me a new battery, but that was it.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but after bringing our vehicle in 6 times and spending thousands of dollars, they still weren't able to fix or diagnose the problem Correctly!!!!!! We eventually brought it to Dodge Yeti (even though it's a Chevy) and they were able to find the issue right away. we will not be using Shervin's ever again, sadly. The new ownerships isn't working out for us.

Skip this place. I took a local's advice and had my truck oil changed here: As of about 2 hours ago, I now understand how big of a mistake that was. 1.The service advisor stated that 8 quarts 5W30 was put in my engine. Ok, you got the grade right: But my oil capacity is 6.97qts to be exact. That's 1.03 quarts over-full. I made them recheck oil and drain excess if necessary, and upon checking my dipstick it was indeed slightly over-full, but not by a quart. Bullet dodged, thank God I do my own oil changes and caught this. 2.These guys got my plate number wrong on the invoice. I have California plates, not Wyoming plates. 3. THE FINAL KICKER: Car guys will understand this. There is a very simple concept in doing oil changes. I have done oil changes on this truck myself for almost 100k miles and 6 years, so I know how snug stuff should be. Upon oil changing my truck tonight, my oil drain plug was practically loose already. But the FILTER. Whoever put my oil filter on either neglected to lube the gasket, or put it on with the strength of Hercules. The Carquest oil filter they used crumpled like a piece of paper, that is how much force was needed to remove it (will attach pics). It must be a hard concept to grasp that it takes 5 seconds to lube a filter gasket, and you do NOT need to act like an 800-pound gorilla when you tighten it. Places like this are the reason why I learned how to work on my own vehicles. Note to self, find apartments that are lenient on working on cars from now on. UGH.

I had heard that the new owners were working hard to build trust and promote customer service. I am very happy I took a tire in for repair before I purchased tires because I learned about the quality of service I could expect. Thank you Shervin's for saving me the money I would have paid for your over priced tires and the headaches of dealing with your poor customer service. The new business is a sad replication of its namesake.

since this business has been sold the quality of the people and service has declined greatly! I would look elsewhere for auto service needs.

I left my car lights on over night after a long exhausting day and after getting jumped off I was still losing power to the engine and steering. They took me in same day despite being booked up. It turns out the battery just needed a good charge but I was convinced it was the alternator. I'm so glad they were honest and genuine with me about this minor fix and took the time to go over some other concerns I mentioned on my way out. I wish I had a mechanic like this in my town.

Been using this place for a while and not sure if just new owners but price gouging is out of control, unfortunately will not go back anymore for regular service. Never had issues with actual service otherwise, but last 2 services have been extremely overpriced.

The people here are amazing!! We were on a cross country road trip and our window would not roll up. Everywhere else said they couldn't help us for days. Even though this place was busy Mark took the half an hour to help us get our window up so we could keep going on our trip. They were so kind and helpful and didn't even charge us. I definitely recommend this place and these people!

For the record, their regular means #85. If you need #87, you need to budget with their "mid-grade" pricing.

While on vacation in Grand Teton we had the horrible experience of having the traction light come on the dashboard. Brought the car into Shervins based on a local's recommendation. Rob did all he could to keep our vacation on track including suggesting possible additional auto shops along our route. When I said I didn't feel comfortable proceeding until the repair was complete, he and the mechanics worked to fit our repair into their already booked schedule. Despite needing to order the parts, they got us in with only one day change to our itinerary. Really nice staff there all around! Treat them nice and they will go the extra mile for you. They certainly did for us!
