The rooms are very pleasant seperate cabins with front porches and andirondack chairs. High end feel, though a bit tired with rotten railings and worn carpets, etc.
Overall enjoyable relaxing experience IF you get a good room location, and don't mind being far from town and the 3 star service level from a four star place.
Most face the parking lot or each other, so not great.
Service and food is not at all on par with a four star expensive lodge. Think a good Best Western in terms of the breakfast, and skip the bar and restaurant for dinner as that's not a great experience. OK for a drink or snack, but it's right on the highway so don't plan on outdoor pleasure.
They serve Starbucks coffee, rather than a tasty local roast that you get at Cowboy Coffee.
Just not anywhere close to four stars in food and service.
Half mile from town, on the highway, so not ideal location, but large pleasant grounds so quiet if you're not in a room near the highway.
Front desk person we had was not the most helpful nor the most capable. The others seemed much better.

We were passing through Jackson Hole on a tour and stayed the night. I would return if I'm ever in the area again.
Rooms: Cozy, comfortable rooms and cabins.
Nearby activities: Close to town with a lot of restaurants.
Walkability: Very walkable to downtown area.
Food and drinks: Excellent food both breakfast and dinner. They have fire pits outside that you can sit around.

Fantastic Facilty just outside Jackson. The grounds are beautiful and the individual cabins are luxurious.

Our stay was in early September 2024. The Rustic Inn was a beautiful way to start a two week+ vacation. It had a lot to do and beautiful dining and lounge areas. The outdoor hot tub area and pool were amazing. Breakfast had everything you wanted, regardless of how picky you are. The huge breakfast staff was very attentive and everything was constantly cleaned and replenished. The food was hot and delicious!! The fruit and whipped cream were ice cold! The cleaning staff appeared at your door almost immediately when calling for extras of anything!! Their shuttle takes you anywhere for free and picks you up anywhere, as late as you want. The resort is only a few minutes from downtown Jackson but the area is very quiet and private.
We would stay here again and it was worth the price!! They have Backcountry Safari Tours on site but that’s for a separate review…

Great 4 night stay! Room was very clean and spacious with a lovely patio that overlooked the river. Great, friendly staff from check-in to breakfast servers to housekeeping to shuttle driver. Beautiful property with plenty of amenities. Great location as we were walking distance to Jackson Square, 10-15 min drive from Jackson Hole airport, and 20 mins to Grand Tetons entrance. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was odd that they didn't have hooks to hang used bath towels. You could hear traffic and people talking outside, but we didn't mind. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Location is great for exploring downtown and the Tetons. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the Rustic Inn Creekside at the end of an 8-day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton and it was worth every single penny. The cabin was magnificent, the staff was so friendly we felt as though we had known them. The creek and the pool, gym and hot tub amenities were fantastic. Sent messages to friends telling them they just have to come here, even for an extended weekend. Loved it and although it was quiet, you could walk to downtown!

We stayed for two nights at the Rustic Inn and fell in love with it! You get your own log cabin instead of the traditional hotel room which was a very nice touch! The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nicely kept and clean. We enjoyed using those features during our stay.
The staff was amazing! We had dinner at the bar area one night and our waiter, Emre was fabulous. He was very attentive, provided excellent recommendations, and was one of the friendliest waiters I have ever had.
Definitely will be back at the Rustic Inn in the future!
