No lamps, no air exchange in backroom, biggest part was price was determined by what others charged in the area. Heavy traffic noise did not feel safe staying there.

This place is horrible simply stated. If you have to put your mattress in a mattress cover then you don't have to say anything else. As a military man I'd expect this kind of stay in the field not when paying good money for it. But, if you have no standards for what your hard earned dollar should get you then this is your place.

Spacious room, a little outdated but cute cabin look. Older smaller bathroom like most motels. Bunk beds were a nice touch even for my teenagers-they enjoyed not having to share a bed wish more places had this. We had a 5th person and they offered to bring in a twin size mattress for the floor, which worked great in this large room. Such nice staff ! Close walking distance to Start Bus stop which is a free town shuttle! Also close to grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants.

We had a flight canceled and had to stay here. The rooms were 2 bedroom apartments basically. Nothing fancy here but it's within walking distance of Cutties, a great restaurant/bar, and Albertsons across the street. It has a kitchen so you can make food on your own and save some $$

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I stayed in a room that smelled terrible. It must have water damage or mold growing. It was so strong I had to wash all of my clothes when I returned home, even the ones I didn't wear. The odor was still over powering when I got home.

Impressed for the price. Older building, but refurbished on the inside and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing fancy. Big fridge with freezer, but small TV. Close enough to town. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Good with bunk for a family!

It’s not much to look at but it does the job and is half what you’ll pay at most Jackson hotels. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep, this place is fine.

This had cute decor with a queen bed and bunk beds for the kids which I thought went great with the "pony express" theme. Housekeeping is doing a great job as room was clean and fresh. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the bed was firm (hard) and I like soft beds.

We stayed here for a rest during our drive to the East Coast. The room was clean and it had a okay cleaning smell. We liked having the in-room amenities. I think all the hotels in this area are overpriced because the visitor is basically captured. There's no where else to stay for miles, therefore room prices are high and service is just okay. My BIG DISLIKE with this pricey room was the shower drainage. The drainage was so slow that I had water up to my ankles within the time of a short shower. My son had to wait about 30 minutes for the water to drain, then we rinsed the tub, let it drain again before he showered. This caused us a delay on getting an early start that morning. For the cost of this room, I expected everything to work correctly. Oh..one last thing, the bathroom is very small so don't expect a normal hotel size bathroom.
